For those who don't know, osteopenia is considered the stepping stone before osteoporosis. It's brittle bones disease. The beginning of osteopenia is basically when your bones start to become weak, if you don't take care of it though you can enter osteoporosis easily

Yep! This is pretty much it, but people can get bone density scans to see what level of bone density that have in their spine, hips and various other joints. There is a range for osteopenia and a range for osteoporosis (sort of like a scale from normal to osteopenia to osteoporosis)

IMPORTANT!!! ..... When you are doing your push ups you should never try and have your elbows out, you want your elbows to be on your sides, If not... it's a risk of DAMAGING and HURTING your shoulder!!! This is because you're putting lots of unnecessary pressure on your shoulders and wrists. IT may seem like its easier then having your elbows right beside you but if you do the other way, then your doing a full push proper push up, also then your arm and your biceps will have more comfort and stability and safety.💪 I hope this is helpful not just for you Kris but for others too!!! Never thought she would. Was just expressing my honest opinion. I first found the channel when it was all comedic and funny. And would give me a laugh and help me relax. For personal reasons, I just can't watch the true crime stuff. So, It's been pretty disappointing to see little of anything other than true crime stuff lately. I understand it is something Kriss is really into and has a passion for. I would never expect her to stop. I just won't watch them. I actually use the weighted belt thing... I find a video to watch that's longer than an hour and swing the weight in one direction for 10 minutes then the opposite direction for the next 10 minutes for an hour to an hour twenty. I got mine in July and it seems to be doing something, my legs feel amazing. Though I did have to get a replacement wheel thing because mine had one of the wheels fall off lol.
