Put a set of these on my Lincoln MKT Ecoboost (350 HP) in August. Took a road trip to Yukon Territory, at least 3000 Kms. of which was on rough gravel. They were excellent and very confidence inspiring. Now has been ice and snow roads for 2 months here in Yellowknife Canada, and they are very good in these conditions. Obviously not as capable as a pure winter tire, but well up there, and better in winter than any other all season tire I have had. Haven't had any experience in heavy rain yet. Very impressed, and will buy again. My comparators (all of which I have had at least 2 sets of are Michelin (great but short tread life), Continental (same), Cooper (same), Yokohama, Bridgestone, and finally Toyo (crap). Tires are 245/45-20. About 12,000 Kms. so far.

Thanks for this comment. I am considering Hypertrac over Continental ExtremeContact but there is not many consumer reviews as Vredestein is new in the US. So, your comment is highly appreciated.👍

@@iceman.83 I used the HyperTrac last season and they were good. Just wish there was a little more on center sharper steering feel.

thank you for this comment, super helpful! i just got a cayenne GTS (420hp) and strongly considering those for car camping through deserts, forest roads, possibly snow, definitely wet. nothing too craze offraoding. i live in california, so 98% of my driving is on dry roads, so given this relatively high performance car, i'd hate to lose out on traction for 98% of the time. would you recommend these for dry road conditions? i used to have nitto ridgegrapplers, amazing off road on my 2 WD rav 4, i made it almost anywhere with those. but the insane road noise like i said on 98% of my driving, plus slower acceleration and braking and handling despite bilstein sport suspension, plus excessive gas use, was very frustrating in the long run. thanks again!
