Feel free to weigh in and disagree on this but you know who I think would've been great on Vertigo? Zodiac and Nightshade. Both had experience as pole vaulters in their respective pre-Gladiators careers and thus great upper body strength, strong lower bodies and coordination on those fibreglass poles. Pity they weren't around when this game was introduced. But Lightning, Fox and Falcon have been admirable in this event. Olympia on the Australian Gladiators revival, was Olympic pole vaulter Tatiana Grigorieva, and she was unbeaten (I think) on Vertigo. Her experience on pole vault was very telling.

Trudy came agonizingly close. I've never seen anyone falter on the Travelator after having both hands and a knee at the top. But at the end of day, Trudy wasn't fast enough on the Eliminator and that's something she got away with in previous rounds.

The metric systems make sense and are way faster and more common sense to teach to kids. Imperial systems are a complete nonsense that should have been got rid of a century ago. Just because you grew up with a daft system doesn't mean it's the best, it's just simply what you're used to and it's your brain that's hot garbage that can't seem to comprehend a measurement system that actually makes sense and is really easy to learn... Old people need to get over themselves and their archaic nonsense.
