Incredible as always. What glue do you use when layering?

Thanks. I have been using Roo Glue, it is a Melamine adhesive, and it sets up very quickly.

Can’t stop watching your videos and asking questions lol. Can you tell me what bits you use for your letter pockets and the letters themselves? Thanks again Brad

the base is 3/4" , and the second layer is all 1/2". The base was too large for my machine, so I made a circle jig for my router, everything was cut on the Shapeoko with 1/8" endmill. Since this was too big for the CNC, I didn't cut any pockets for the second layer, I used my vinyl cutter to cut stencils for the alignment

For some reason my letters are slightly different shaped than the pockets, any ideas ? Thanks

What do you do about the epoxy nibs that get on the back of the sign base? How do you get them off?
