All of those dishes you've tried are about 6-10x better if served hot or at least warm. No idea how people don't know this. Nothing worse than eating cold meat. I guess that's the downside of carinderias. You might be having food items that had gone cold unlike with restaurants where everything is served fresh from the pot or from the grill, like that squid. I hate cold grilled squid. It's grilled for goodness sakes.

Organ meat? Sauce or no sauce the result is the same. 🤮🤮🤮. Adobo sounds good! I’ll try that! Sabao over rice looks good too! The Malaga looks like a very cheap cut of meat. Uh, no thank you! Chicken liver? 🤮🤮🤮. Your Texan friend goes back for more of that organ meat? OMG I’m getting sick! 🤮. Shrimp? Now you’re talking! However there’s no way I’m eating it with the head still on! Not happening! 🤮🤮🤮. Bert, you eating that shrimp head is just as bad as Ponte eating that tarantula! You need help! Your squid presentation may look good, but I’m definitely passing on that too! 🤮🤮🤮. Your vegetable dish looks excellent! I’ll take a dish of that please! Overall, don’t take my complaints here the wrong way. I am a picky eater, that’s all that’s to it! On the ++ side of this video, you’ve shown me a place to travel where I can actually lose weight! So I give you a five star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating for sharing this dining experience with your viewers!

If you're going to eat on one of this in the future more often, I suggest if you feel sick after eating, force vomit it out. I would rather not have you go through food poisoning symptoms for 2 days. Not saying that all eateries are bad but you have to be careful.

im not sure it that was adobo if it was too sweet, could pata tim or humba, thats the sugary/super sweet version of adobo. sugar is only suppose to balance the saltiness from soy sauce and sourness of vinegar, but originally theres no sugar.

If you are going to try DINIGUAN go try it ilocano style. It’s a thick sauce which is better than a thin sauce. Believe that !😊

Change your format dude. It took me ten years to finish your video because people talked too much in between spoonfuls. Just stick it in your mouth and react. It's not wine tasting. Your early video where people took notice was more reactionary, instead of documentary. That was a great video that made me hungry. This one made my faint from starvation from having to wait for the Powerpoint presentation to finish.

KZbin is difficult. Its hard to find the right balance for sure. You are right. The videos are different from the original ones. I used to and still put a lot of time into every edit. I will definitely keep your opinion in mind. But look at the video. It has the most views and a very long average watchtime. I definitely will try to make the edits more snappy though in the future.

Filipino Dishes are always partnered with rice, because to lessen the saltiness, sourness and sweetness of of the dish. If it is bland , you have to have a sauce partner to it, you have to ask! like kare-kare. You have to know where the cooked good meat soup. Bulalo is for me!
@FoodXBert3 ай бұрын
I got to try Bulalo for sure. So many amazing foods in the Philippines.

PINAKBET short of pina-kibbet,= cooked until wrinkled. It's an Ilocano dish from northern Luzon, popularized by the first Filipino Ilocano President, Elpidio Quirino. My mother used to cooked it with pork rather than chicken and as a child, I didn't like the bitter melon, but I don't mind it now.
