The government immigration office that gives out money, supplies, sin numbers, drivers licenses also gives out mail in ballots. (1.2 million new registered voters by federal government in Texas this year) Under laws passed illegal can vote if they think they can vote. Zero punishment by law if they think they can vote like government officials handing them mail vote ballots. Also zero mechanism to stop, block, remove illegal voting on counts. Immigration votes for handouts is one of their strategies democrats are running. Also seats in congress are picked by total population not citizenship. Meaning democrats imported enough people to add 22 seats to congress under Biden. Using areas filled with none citizens means they need less of their votes for same seats giving them more total seats.
