real (the sniper rifle's reload speed upgrade is actually internally different from normal reload speed upgrades so it never got sped up in third person to begin with, sorries! ;w;)

That looks way goofier than what we had before, and when they developed MvM they probably didn't realize this would be a problem for robot animations because it just didn't look like that while they created the robot models and animations

Also everyone's damage and firing speed is reduced by 99%, you also get bleed for 8 seconds on every weapon except the Southern Hospitality, because we all know it's OP buffed
