Is this released and shipped within the USA?/Will this ever be available in the USA? Maybe a hunting version would be nice, have a woodland color and straps to hold a gut knife and a bone saw within the pack, and maybe a back pouch to put small game in like pheasants and grouse would be nice.

That's not expensive. Guys who are used to buying Chinese trash gear tend to be clueless about what even basic durable sewn goods look like. This is under-priced for the amount of stitch work and features it has. If I was making it, it would be well over 300.
