I absolutely love my Canyon Duramax. Had it little over a week, and put over 600mi on it and have averaged 25mpg with mixed city/rural driving. Wish these trucks would have been produced years ago.

The v6 was a minute faster, but I'm still really impressed with the diesel. The gas one spent basically the whole run at 6000 rpm and got like half the gas mileage. I don't think the V6 is going to last very long running 6000 rpm. The diesel just hummed along at 2500 -3000 rpm. I really want one of these trucks.

When this engine was first released in Brazil, back in 2013, it also had 180HP. But after a year or so they upgraded it to 200HP. I never heard of any major issues with this engine, and the Chevy Colorado (we still call it S10), has always being the best selling truck here.

I have the 2017 GMC Denali Duramax and I drive 36 miles to work each day. I get between 36 to 39 mpg commuting at 65 mph on cruise control. My best commute was 42.4 mpg. I love this truck.

My Full Size 2005 GMC Crew Cab Fully Loaded with a 5.3 Got 11MPG at 60mph Pulling a 10,000 Trailer from Minnesota to Florida and even saw 15MPG at times. I paid $10,000 for it in 2009.

that is a really nice truck. I had one for a week as review and I drove nearly 400km with it. IT was a nice little truck. Even when driving like a complete maniac, the fuel ecenomy is outstanding and you can still have fun with it in the snow if you force 2WD(RWD).

Should be getting mine this week! Pretty excited as i'm not a big truck guy, but this midsize should be what I need for good daily driver mpg and more than capable at towing my track car.

Can't wait for the ZR2 real off road package comming next year. This crew cab+ diesel +ZR2 would be perfect. In the meantime I'll stick to my 2007 3.5 i5 canyon thats been trouble free.
