【Thailand】Message from JICA counterpart for ODA 70th Anniversary #5

This year 2024 marks ODA 70th anniversary in Thailand. Commemorating the anniversary, Mr.Toshiyuki Okui, Representative of NOGEZAKA-GLOCAL and an Ex-Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteer(JOCV), gave us a special message.
