Oh my God, Thai food is the best!!! I'm America lived in Thailand for Ten years after Vietnam, in Vietnam I ate their food as I was in the jungle with Vietnamese people so I'm not timid about other countries food so in Thailand I love their food also love some of the Thai customs about food for instance if you go out at night they like to go eat after they go out and they the spiciest food when they've been drinking way too spicy for me because it takes away since I live back in the States I've always gone to Thai food restaurants and I try to find the Thai food that's closest to the original Thai food and not farlon food there are many great things to remember about Thailand from living there but the food is one of the best I've eaten in Singapore Thailand Hong Kong Malaysia but Thai food is by far the best

Wow thank you for sharing! We have to agree that Asian food is probably our favourite, especially Thai food! We cannot wait to try out the Vietnamese food when travelling is permitted again. Our tolerance for spice has increased since living here, don't think we could go back!😜😊

if you really missed that taste, and if the owner of the restaurant is really Thai, ask for it," give me the real taste, I know, I'm not Thai", kinda thing. Now, depends on their side. Most of the restaurant tended to toned down the tasted, for cover all the audien.. no the customers XD

Thailand has cheap food mixing together to create exotic dishes every 5-10 years. There will always be a new blend of food. Mix of other peoples until the taste of food is right with the taste of Thais people.

Thanks for showing us around. I'd favor the pork gyoza and then coconut pancake for desert. I thought that was a fancy machine swishing the drinks in a tub of ice water. Not sure why it needs to do that unless the drink needs to be shook well before drinking. I think the noise would drive me crazy as a vendor selling it. LOL

The word "Farong" is actually transformed from the word "Foreigner". For Thais, it is hard to pronounce the word foreigner, so they made it short and easy by saying it as farang. I hope this helps.
@ShevandDev3 жыл бұрын
Ah yes that does thank you so much Paul😍
@SideWalker5623 жыл бұрын
@@ShevandDev you are welcome..and that word happened to be similar to a white guava that you mentioned in the vdo, so it s even made it much easier for Thais to say. Do you know Thai language doesn’t have an “r” pronunciation? So, you heard Thais say “Fa-lung” in stead of “Fa-rang” all the time, right?
