I do not like this unit at all. The faux rock wall in the middle of the room was an immediate turn off and everything is very dated and I would have to do a complete remodel

That’s totally understandable-sometimes a unit just doesn’t match your taste, especially when it feels outdated or has design elements that don’t work for you. A faux rock wall can definitely be a bold choice! 😅 Would you prefer something more modern or minimal, or are you looking for a place where you can personalize and renovate? There are plenty of options in Chiang Mai that might better fit your vision. 😊

@@perfecthomeschiangmai Not at this time. I am still in the US caring for my mother (90) and 2nd cousin (91). Once my responsibilities have finished, I will be headed that way. I am pro-Chiang Mai since traveling there 30 times since 2005. I will reach out when my future becomes clearer.
