I retired at age 53, so I am in my early 60s. Many of them resisted me because they couldn't understand the idea of not working if it wasn't necessary. I considered the phases of my life. I worked very hard to achieve what I have now, but in my last years, I owe it to myself to "stop and smell the roses." In my instance, I departed the nation after retiring and currently reside in Latin America. It made it possible for me to appreciate my new surroundings while escaping all the bad things that were going on in America. Nobody that I know of regrets retiring has yet to come to me.

Nice way to retire. For me, I believe retirees who struggle to meet their basic needs are the ones who could not accumulate enough money during their active years to meet their needs. Retirement choices determine a lot of things. My wife and I both spent same number of years in the civil service, she invested through a wealth manager and myself through the 401k. We both still earning after our retirement fund has grown way more than it would have with just the 401(k). Haha.

It's unfortunate most people don't have such information. I don't really blame people who panic. Lack of information can be a big hurdle. I've been making more than a million dollars by just investing through an advisor, and I don't have to do much work. Doesn't matter if the economy is misbehaving; great wealth managers will always make returns.
@tinaishatucker13292 ай бұрын
I think this is something I should do, but I've been stalling for a long time now. I don't really know which firm to work with; I feel they are all the same but it seems you’ve got it all worked out with the firm you work with so i surely wouldn’t mind a recommendation.
@DavidCrott2 ай бұрын
I definitely share your sentiment about these firms. Finding financial advisors like *Layan Talia Chokr* who can assist you shape your portfolio would be a very creative option. There will be difficult times ahead, and prudent personal money management will be essential to navigating them.

Oh boy oh boy, where do I even begin. Derrick Rose, also known as “The Windy City Assassin” or simply Pooh, once the youngest player to win the NBA MVP award, embodies resilience and determination. Rising from the streets of Chicago, he showcased explosive athleticism and skill, captivating fans with his dynamic playing style. However, a series of devastating injuries threatened to derail his career. Despite these challenges, Rose's unwavering spirit and work ethic allowed him to make a remarkable comeback, proving that true greatness isn’t just about talent, but also about the heart and perseverance to rise again. His journey inspires not only basketball fans but anyone facing adversity. 🌹❤️❤️

5:36 Whether or not Derrick Rose goes to the Naismith B-Ball HOF is a good question. Another good question would be - Is Derrick Rose the 2nd or 3rd greatest Chicago Bulls basketball player ever? Derrick Rose is only the 2nd Bulls player to win the NBA Michael Jordan Regular Season MVP, and he beat a prime LeBron James and a then old Kobe Bryant to hoist up the Michael Jordan League MVP that year. However, should Derrick Rose rank above the 2nd most valuable player on ALL 6 of the Michael Jordan-led Chicago Bulls World Championship teams, which means that Derrick Rose has 0 World Championships with 0 trips to the NBA Finals versus Scottie Pippen who has 6 NBA World Championships plus Pippen is also undefeated in the NBA Finals without ever seeing a Game 7 in the Finals, and he helped to build one of the few NBA Dynasties in league history (thanks in large part to The GOAT, Michael Jordan, of course). Rose averaged only about one point more than Pippen. As far as the Hall of Fame goes, I would say that if Penny Hardaway and Grant Hill entered the hall, then Derrick Rose should go in, but if not, then no Hall of Fame for Derrick Rose. However…..I believe that winning even ONE NBA Michael Jordan League MVP is an automatic invitation into the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame, so yes Derrick Rose is a future hall-of-famer and he may enter in 2029 or 2030. 🏀
