Thanks for 12 years of content! I started watching you when I was 16 years old and was 260lbs and a 44" Waist, got down to between 140 - 150lbs in the years after that. Fluctuated since with eating disorder but Ive been back in my routine for the last 6months and Im down 20lbs and getting lean again! 27 now and still watching and loving your content, I have always said this but youre the most consistent weight lifter ive watched over the years and was great to see you do well and hit PRs, buy property and just live life!
