Sir, In Thamil Nadu people are not getting proper medical facilities, in Villages there is no hospitals, why don't your doctor panel can provide free online consultancy for village people so that they can consult with you and buy medicine from their local medical shop or you can tie up with local medical shop to provide basic medical consultancy for poor people.
