Always appreciate your insight! Would love to hear your take on newer gospel/contempary songs from artist like Todd Galberth, Tye Tribbett, Todd Dulaney, Naomi Raine. Maverick City etc. A lot of church's i play at are leaning more towards their sound and songs

I’ve always said calling the neck pick up the “5th position” makes no sense lol. I’m glad somebody else sees it the way I do

Hi Kerry, I would like to learn those types of chords because I play gospel for my church and could use a better understanding of playing melody like that.

I love this! Is there any way you could look into making a lesson of a gospel song called Mindful by Brian Courtney Wilson? I’m having a hard time figuring out the entire chord progression but it’s right up your alley. perfect r&b neo soul gospel song!

Can you do a tutorial on still dreaming by Nas and Kanye ?
@Dwilsonmusic1459 ай бұрын
The neck pickup is normally referred to as the 5th position and the bridge is the 1st position. I used to think like you that it was the other way around but when you check the documentation from fender and others it’s bridge 1. Neck 5 😮
