15-20 years ago, I started watching ALMS on speed channel. Even with Audi domination and GT1 agony, racing was amazing. Now watching with my sons, can't ask for more, except the return of top level prototype at Mosport.

This was my 2nd year in a row attending the CTMP race with my family after having been introduced to IMSA via iRacing. Love the great racing and the unrestricted access to the teams garage. I would love it if the IMSA TV coverage team would use more overlays to show the total energy remaining in the cars, similar to how WEC does it. As it stands now, its difficult to see which team is on what strategy, which team has pitted, which hasn't, etc. I think this added element would help viewers stay in-tune with the race.

I’m thinking of switching from watching f1 to imsa in 2025. F1’s fans are so toxic and the sport is all drama. Imsa is all about racing.

IMSA & WEC about as good as it gets. 1/4 the fan draws too so seeing in person is fun, accessible and affordable. It’s cheaper for U.S. fans to travel internationally to see an F1 race. Insanity
