It’s a shame the actor won’t be in that 90s show. I wanted to see his kids treating kitty and red as their grandparents.

@@PurpledaisyShasta seriously, I wish even then Hyde's kids could've been in it without him. Have Kitty & Red repeating history and raising his kids after something happened to him (some tragic accident since it would be a shitty turn for him to have abandoned them), then Leia gets to grow up with them the same way Eric did with Hyde, or already treats them as the well established 'cousins' they should be. 90s show overall just reduces the believability that the world is being genuinely lived in, since irl it would be insane for none of them to mention either Laurie or Hyde or what happened to them

It touches my heart that the Foremans gave Hyde the trust he needs. When Bud walk out on him again, he knew he had a place to go to. Even if they questioned why he moved back in, but hey they still welcome him back with open arms. Also I appreciate, how this show, George Lopez, and Fresh Prince handle the topic of dealing with parent walking out on them. It's honestly realistic for a parent to walk on on child, and don't feel remorse. Like if they do come back to their child life but a lot of times they walk again

Eeyup, I can relate to that; my dad walked out when I was a kid quite a bit, and he ultimately overdosed after he had a manic episode. My best friend’s dad came back into his life a couple years ago, only to walk out again not long after.

The way his voice broke when he said he didn't want to talk about it was sad. Hyde may be a toughie but deep down, he really just wanted a normal home life with parents who cared about him.

It’s always nice to have a safe place to go to when things get rough. My grandmothers place was just like that. She’s literally been a safe haven for over 40 people (not at the same time!) and they’ve always been grateful. Even now that my family has moved into a smaller home she’ll still give refuge to friends/family in need.

I wonder if that last scene was unscripted when Danny hits Topher with the pillow. Watching Danny break character!
@shouldwemakethis
@shouldwemakethis Жыл бұрын
I've always noticed something at the very last seconds of this scene 3:43... The scene ends, but the cameras keep rolling. You can see Topher (Eric) stop acting. His manner changes instantly once he doesn't have to touch Danny (Hyde) anymore. The editors decide to keep these last few seconds with Danny hitting Topher because most wouldn't notice Topher's displeasure of even having to act around Danny. Topher always got a bad rap for not befriending his cast members, specifically Danny. He knew things about Danny that most didn't until recently.
@Tamasobro
@Tamasobro 8 ай бұрын
Pretty much, most actors would keep improvising until the the director yells cut but Topher stick to the script until they completed their scene and finally show a face of “okay scene is over, I don’t gotta pretend to be your friend”. Topher knew what kind of human being Danny is and he bares it because at the end of the day that’s his co star and he has no choice at the time. Sucks that Topher was kinda like a black sheep in the cast but now we know why. He knew their secrets and was probably tempted by his co star but refuses. Glad he chooses to distinct himself from those people when the cameras stops rolling.

actors don't watch themselves.....most don't ever look at a single thing they have ever done. As a cook, I don't cook myself some expensive meal, same thing here. Most actors don't even watch tv.....only the suckers do, the slaves and those who need to be entertained. Rich people are more entertained doing nothing than we are doing everything.

I don’t know if anyone noticed this. The pillow that Hyde is lying is based on the Spider-Man animated series from the 90s. Even though spider man has been around since the 60s. The version on the pillow wasn’t created until the mid 90s. Maybe this a way to reference the 90s show, or just a goof and no one in production didn’t think anyone would noticed. 🤔🤔🤔 😂😂😂
