Farfa's BLS deck was actually really cool and honestly better than everyone gave it credit for. I hope it doesn't get murdered on the banlist because with a couple extra copies of certain cards or some generic ritual support, i can easily see it taking a couple games. In fact, unless I'm mistaken, I think he could've won his game with Doug had he played a little differently wait, what was Gage's craft??

How is it "better than everyone gave it credit for"? Both Gage and Doug were calling it crazy, meanwhile it did like one play in both games, that was easily countered, and then it was immediately out of gas and never did anything again, dying horribly. It got way more credit than it deserved, they were pogging at every activation, but these activations were doing nothing of consequence?

Its actually similar to my Tear BLS face card deck I made recently. Minus the Tear of course. If he pulled Tear he could actually put in work. Sheiren and Queen are lv4 light/darks so you can summon BLS with effects and it triggers your tear cards. Its silly but fun.

Farfa was incredibly based with his BLS deck. It was so fun, laughed so much this ep! Hope he doesn't get discouraged by the losses. Also hope the BLS deck doesn't get murdered in the banlist :(

For 4 Episodes in, Gage's staples are kind of insane. Duality, Prosperity, BOM, Slayer, Daruma, Moon Mirror, Black Rose, Bigfoot, 2x Red Moon, Wightprincess, and the Striker Engine with Widow Anchor, Hornet Drones, Engage. Even the old school cards (Breaker, Warrior Lady) are totally playable! Even with the Purrely deck 100% being put down, I think this puts Gage at a huge advantage moving into the banlist.

Doug has the most power right now. We need to see him through the middle. Doug usually starts off hot and goes down in the middle of his series when he starts to open dudu packs. Gage has great staples but they are in Gages hands which is a serious problem

44:55 in the original Story, Dante has a happy ending, AND Beatrice does not get dragged into the depth of hell. Dante's guide in hell is Vergil, his guide in Paradiso and the 9 realms of heaven is Beatrice since Vergil as a heathen cannot go there. The divine comedy is actually a pretty good story and worth reading once.

I think this episode did a really good job showcasing why effects that only matter in the battle phase are kind of power crept. Not being able to activate in the battle phase doesn't do much when it doesn't stop activations in the main phase from negating it. Would of been amazing if it had been able to go off even once.

Does Doug know that dark requiem xyz dragon doesn’t say “once per turn” for the monster negate effect? Like I understand playing the rank up kinda sucks cause you’d much rather summon it with raider’s knight but it doesn’t get the effect that way. I understand that chat/comments were bagging on him to play them and I’m kinda doing that again, but honestly if Gage really does ban fogblade making it so the rest of the PK engine is sorta untouched he really needs to consider actually playing for dark requiem xyz dragon

Dzeeff play Small Scuffle. It's great for any strategy that needs a level 2 or 1. Ban Purrely and you'll be able to get a free starter/body. You think this would enable the opponent as much as you, but I swear that most of the times on ladder they only summon Maxx "C", many times I block them from summoning their Kashtiras or Cyber Dragons too

I mean it's his own fault for going into terrible packs. Remember how everyone was roasting Gage last season for going into bad packs too? The difference is Farfa is a Saga veteran while when Gage dis it he was a newbie. Farfa should know better by now. He's just excusing himself by pretending he's doing it to play "fun" decks as if people were annoyed that he was playing emta decks last season and not that he was playing the same decks half the time.

Like half of the time he was just playing Mathmech, 25% of the time he was playing shaddol, and then the rest of the time he was playing some mix of striker, Mathmech, shaddol, and numeron. He basically just kept trying to play through the bannings and then would complain when everyone complained about him never playing something else. Now he's just taken it to an extreme as if he doesn't understand that people want them to good decks, but just not every time.
