Opening an extra pack after saying you will intentionally lowering the power of your deck because Cipher is *that bad* /= Going into an unrelated secret pack, taking powerful techs, and then going in with constructed when there *is* a related secret pack. I was kinda with it for the Valkyrie cheat but the step further made this unfun to watch. What a (weak) finale imo. To each their own.

​@@Endershock1678 Also, if you don't pull mudan or sheet, like dzeeff, it doesn't to much either, specially when kanzashi is your only low rarity option for the extra deck if you don't pull strena or teardrop, hell jasmine alone wouldn't be enough to carry the deck. But admittedly, if you hard draw konkon consistently, it is very hard to gather the sources to kill rikka in a low environment, specially if petal is in rotation.

When y'all do Character Roulette for GX you should put Adrian Gecko on the wheel and then what you get to do if you pull Adrian is you just get to craft all the Cloudians and see if playing full power Cloudians against half made anime decks still isn't enough for Cloudians to work.

Additional info for those who might not be aware, the Cloudians are not in any Secret Pack, they are entirely in Legacy Packs, which makes them weirdly unique in the game as quite possibly the only like full archetype(Not like a three card pack filler archetype, in other words) that has no way to be pulled outside of Legacy Packs. No Secret Pack, no Solo Gate, never been in a Selection. If you want to build Cloudians you have to craft or get insanely lucky. And the worst part is there are not one, not two, but THREE SRs(Typhoon, Turbulence, and Aerosol), meaning you have to actually commit a lot of dust to build them.

Just to highlight for those unaware- Cipher is the red-headed stepchild of Galaxy- *we don't run this deck,* partly because Cipher has a lot of xenophobic locks that even lock you out of *Galaxy* cards. All you do with Cipher is buy this garbage Structure Deck (that also for some reason includes random legacy support for Mizar like Spiral Dragon and Nebula) for the Extra Deck package- one Cipher Dragon, one Blade, one Cipher X. That's *all* Cipher is good for in modern Galaxy.

Lesson 1 on how to use the Cypher structure deck: 1.: open 1 copy of that structure deck. 2.: open 3 copies of the photon/galaxy structure deck. 2.5.: get some of the missing cards if you want them, like Photon Delta Wing, or the big boss Galaxy-Eyes beatstick that wasgiven out for free as a royal rare from some event once. 3.: play photon/galaxy with cyphers in the extra deck for extra flavor.

No you only need 2 copies of the Photon structure, unless you’re super desperate for SR dust. You don’t play the Ciphers in the Ed for flavour, you play them because they’re actually part of your turn 1 combos

@@BatmannotBruceWayne1 I guess normal Cypher and Cypher X can be, yes. Than again, I play Photon with the Horus engine, so I generally don't include Cyphers in my turn 1 combo. On a different note, you'd probably want to have 3-3 of Photon Jumper and Galaxy Soldier in your deck, especially if you run them as a pure Photon/Galaxy/Cypher thing without any extra engines on the side. As youknow, those 2 in your starting hand is your best combo to start with if you didn't include cards from outside the archetype.

There's a reason about 84% of "Pendulum" decks are variants of Pendulum Magician. Those cards have ridiculous synergies that get shoved into nearly everything Pendulum related. Vaalmonica only escaped that because of the weird way it plays with Resonance Counters, and while the Pend Magician cards ARE basically optional in Endymion, the fact that they're Spellcasters means there's plenty of ways to make use of them if desired.

Question: how can you tell if a SR or UR is from the same pack or outside of it?

First four cards are from the master pack, last four are from the secret pack. If a card is yellow it's an SR, if it's blue it's a UR. If it shakes without having shown a color it can be either rarity. Sometimes packs upgrade rarity, to SR or UR. If a pack upgrades from common to SR, that could also just indicate a card became a holo and not necessarily that there is an SR. The final card of the final pack of every 10x pull is either an SR or UR. I know you didn't ask all of that, but using this for other people who might know the answer to any of these questions after possibly havingg your questions as well.

Low-key this has been the first time for hardcore cheating for a while. And this was literally the most egregious of any of the previous cheats combined. He went into a non-archetype pack. Took crazy strong techs from it, and then just crafted the full deck. That's even beyond the spirit of the light cheating that made these series fun.
