Components
500 g (1.1 lb) minced meat.
1 onion.
Add to minced meat.
2 cloves of garlic.
some parsley.
Mix everything thoroughly.
Salt and pepper.
3 tomatoes.
Cut as shown.
Boiling water.
1 onion.
Olive oil.
Fry for 2 minutes.
Grate 1 carrot.
Add to the onion and fry for a few minutes.
1 pepper.
Fry with vegetables for 3-4 minutes.
Back to tomatoes.
Peel them.
Dice.
Add to vegetables.
1 teaspoon of sugar.
Black pepper.
1 teaspoon of paprika.
Cook until the liquid has almost completely evaporated.
4 pita breads.
Spread the minced meat on pita bread.
Roll.
Do the same with each pita bread.
Cut each roll into 3 parts.
Put the vegetable sauce in the baking dish.
Arrange the rolls.
Cover with the sauce.
Cover with foil.
Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C/392°F.
100 g (0.2 lb) cheese.
Remove the foil.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for another 20 minutes at 200°C/392°F.
