for dosa, try to get hold of a proper dosa pan - its large and flat with a much higher heating point that will allow you to get the batter crispy and easy to flip! cast iron pan can work too but you want one that has as little of a rim on the side as possible otherwise it can be impractical to flip the dosa. put ghee or oil lightly onto the hot pan to make sure it doesn't stick. and to get the batter thin enough, you can just add more water if needed! its not an exact science, just experiment with it - sometimes you make one dosa and try and it needs more salt or is too raw in the middle and so you know what to change!

Okay, I love you girl. This is a traditional recipe of dosa from south India. Ingredients you'd need are : Urad Dal ( also called Split black lentils or black gram dal ) , rice , salt. You begin by soaking 1 part of Ural dal and 3 parts of rice overnight in water. This makes the dal and rice soft and ready to be grinded. Now the day after, we have a thing called *grinder* , it has 2 big stones that make the dal and rice into a batter, by essentially grinding it with pressure from the stones, but you can use a blender, because it might not be possible for you. You remove the water off and grind the above mixture. After it turns into a smooth batter, you can necessary amount of salt and store it in a container , to ferment. It can be used directly too. But fermentation makes the taste better as it adds a hint of sourness. You can ferment it for atleast half to 1 day for best taste. Then you can use this batter to make idli, dosa and many more south Indian dishes. The thickness of the batter varies in all these, that's it, I hope you enjoy Indian food as much as I adore Korean food💗

Srilankan food is a lot like South Indian food particularly Kerala and Tamil Nadu. Dosa especially is a staple is every house hold and the paratha is a common too. I hope you get to visit India someday to experience the authentic tastes of 28 states.

If you feel guilt or remorse for doing something wrong then you are not and never could become a serial killer. I have done considerable reading about serial killers and rapists and they are fearless risk takers and lack natural emotions that you express both in your videos verbally and non verbally. I’ve been to some bizarre medical museums and I can say that I have experienced working for a sociopath and believe me you would never want to cross paths with such individuals. Same is true with Narcissists. All belong on the anti-personality spectrum of disorders. Finally your home made pasta looked absolutely divine!!!
