Demoed and bought this. I own a bunch of spring reverb plugins, some are really good (uhe Twangstrom, Mixwave Benson Tall Bird) but surprisingly none of them emulate this classic Fender outboard unit specifically. VREV 63 is my new favorite plugin for traditional, drippy spring verb

I found that as well. In one of my own mixes, I also panned it against the waves magma springs, but that 50s model and twang dont hold a candle on this one. Fuse Audio has done a more than excellent job.

Try Arturia Spring-636! I also tried many of them searching for that drippy analogish reverb surf-rock tale! Arturia amazed me...sounds like a real hardware! Haven't tried VREV 63 but will do.

I think this one will be gotten. Waves Magma springs is also good. Very usable sounds.

It sounds great to me! Instant vibes, also loved it on that strum chord, that old 70s Reggae vibe!

Been looking for 20 minutes (in my mind/ on internet) for a specific Reggae song it reminded me of and since I didn’t remember the artist nor the song name it was hard/ almost gave up/ then the title popped back in my brain and I found lol.. Reminds me of this song: Prince Far I - Coming In From The Rock

@@audiotoolshed It’s the sound of the guitar and verb combination that made me think of this track, not the chord type, just the vibe/aesthetic of it.. The boxy ‘worldbuilding’… Also love how his vocals are processed btw 🙂
