As someone who’s going peri-menopause let me tell you it’s important to take care of yourself workout incorporate those weights and healthy diet . You can get it as early as your 30’s . Hi dulce I've been doing lot meditation and aromatherapy. Quik question for aromatherapy I use natural oils like lavender but also I do aromatherapy with hair smelling. The aroma of the shampo and conditioner is relaxing do you think hair smelling is good aromatherapy? Also do you smell your hair for aromatherapy? Thankk you
