Hi from Serbia. There was also a story, told by Ana's mother, that Ana called her few days earlier to come to USA as soon as she could. But poor woman couldn't get all the papers so quickly and was suprised by such call. Couple of days later, this happened😥 Ana was obviously afraid and wanted her family by her side. Very sad story...

Yes I was wondering why Mike didn’t mention that because I thought it was an important fact. She begged her mom to come but she couldn’t come so quickly. As an American, stories like Ana’s are so humbling and inspiring. The fact that her “toad with slick backed hair” monster of a dead-eyed POS husband ruined the incredible triumphant and wonderfully well deserved life story and success of such an accomplished and intelligent woman who only had the chance to be a mother to her three young children for a few years is sickening and it makes me infuriated at the same time. Ana is literally the example of why I am proud to live in this country alongside her and I hope her murderer rots in prison for the rest of his pathetic life. We are a country of immigrants and a melting pot for the beautiful cultures and people throughout the world and Ana was such a beautiful representation of that ideal. I can only hope to have the courage and dedication that she did in building her life and I pray that she rests in peace for all eternity and that her little children are surrounded by and comforted with her memory for the rest of their lives 🙏🏼💟

Why? So because bryan is a killer his mom must be one too? The kids will be much better off with his grandparents than foster care or a foster family because that's just gonna be a cycle of abuse. Unless his parents are deemed unfit there should be no reason they can't have custody. So if you had a child who has kids and your child killed the mom, would you wanna be treated like a murderer by association? Sad. I’m assuming when he killed their mom, their children were in the house. How bewildering and devastating this must be for them. One strange thing not related to the murder is how could he destroy his father’s will, especially when he was estranged from his father. How did he get a copy? Is a will not lodged with the authorities. How on earth did he get the right to sell his father’s assets and home?
@bettywith2girls Жыл бұрын
Those are really good questions. The will must have not been filed with anyone, an attorney or the court, and his father may have just kept it in the drawer at home where he kept all his important papers...we all have one of those drawers or cabinets. All he had to do was ransack his dad's office...I know, it's odd that his mom (if she was even still alive) didn't give it to the court or an attorney immediately, maybe in her grief and it being within a day or two of his dad's death. You can make a legally binding will with one or more witnesses off the internet...perhaps his mom didn't have any idea his dad had one, and he had handled all the finances, which wouldn't have been unusual way back then in those types of old fashioned marriages. Anyway his dad must have told someone in the family that he had a will that excluded his son and included the cousin, which is how the cousin may have known. Yes, if it had been filed with the usual legal sources, he wouldn't have been able to do ANY of this, but with no will, and with his mom's OK or if she had already died, he'd be in his right to do so as his father's son and legal heir. Just IMHO.

Ok you just helped me save my dad a bunch of trouble and also money. He was trying to track down info for an LLC he used to own and neither of us could find any records. As soon as you said people register in Delaware for tax purposes I remembered we had done something similar. Well I found the records and got the info he needed. You are the best! Keep up the great work. Lol

Hey Mike, I’ve been a little behind on watching your videos, with a heavy heart I’m saddened to say my daughter lost her Dad, on the 5th of March, due to a motorcycle accident 💔 The shock is slowly wearing down & I pray for “Acceptance” to come for each of us in our family 🙏🏼 As always, I thank you for what only you can bring to us with each of these stories, your sense of humor & honesty is still 💯 Your hard work, along with your podcast, still feels like I’m listening to a friend tell me about these cases & the people involved ~ My thoughts & prayers are with Ana’s children & family along with her community & all who loved her 🙏🏼

To be honest I always say "sorry to bother/disturb you" because I don't want to make people uncomfortable 😅 when my daughter had a high fever and a few for me new symptoms I called a friend to ask her for her car and my first sentence was "I'm sorry that I call you but I have a question" while I was absolutely nervous because it was late in the evening and I really don't want to annoy or disturb people.

Used to work for a moving company on the south shore. A lot of our customers were either moving to or from Cohasset, or right down the street for a better view of the same ocean. A lot of rich jerks in that town, the wealthier the more ungrateful they were of our services. I’ve seen a hundred people in that town like Brian, all smug douche bags. Kinda makes me think of what was going on behind the scenes with the people we moved after the job was said and done and we left them in their new Oceanside house.

This happened about 45 mins from me, I'm actually up near Salem, where your shirt is from :) Cohasset is pronounced "Co-HASS-ett". Massachusetts placenames are sometimes pronounced really oddly. Tragic story. The smirk on his face as he appeared to be taken to trial told me everything I needed to know about this scumbag. I hope Ana can find some peace and that her children will be able to overcome this.
