Once I turned that around, I suddenly had lots of options. It certainly doesn’t make you irresistible to all women. But for the guys who struggle the most, it will put them in the running. Women are drawn to masculinity and muscle is an easy way to demonstrate that.

You seem to tell it how it is, or how you see it, and you don'"t resort to being disrespectful to other people to prop yourself up or vindicate lonely males. You seem to genuinely want to help people and not bombard them with rhetoric. A lot of the pickup artist macho incel type stuff is focused on putting women down, and the young males who are lonely feel rejected and then get resentful toward women or cop a big hit to their self worth. The key to job interviews is to present yourself as the guy that will get things done but more importantly do what you're told without question. Women don't exactly find that level of agreeableness irresistible. I'd say the key with them is to appear initially beyond their control, but with a slight hint that they might be able to tame you eventually - sort of like the "bad boy" with a soft spot.

What I did... I dated for years. Was treated like crap for years. Met a woman and tried to give her everything. She lied to me and got pregnant when I was only 22 years old. Then went on and ruined my life for years. Child custody hell. Left my kid with me and I raised her alone. I dated for years and was treated awful. I finally gave up at age 30. Then I asked God to bring the right one to me and make the wrong ones get away. It instantly worked. Immediately I started getting stood up on dates, getting dumped, ditched, ignored. I was mad at myself for asking Him that. Then 3 years later when I'd given up I met her. Married her 13 years ago. A diamond in the rough.. like she was literally made just for me. Great clip again - I’ve a very good mate of mine - we are both married with kids now - but back in our 20s and 30s we were obviously regularly out on the prowl - one of our best “tactics” is that we tended to not try to pick up women but rather we were always joking and laughing with each other which often aroused the curiosity of women because they could see we were relaxed, casual and having a laugh and so many would end up coming up and basically either saying “Hi” or curious at to why we were having such a laugh by ourselves and they’d want to get in on the conversation. Once ice was broken and you felt you were making some leeway and obvious flirting was going on I used to have a line to further test the waters - I’d comment to a women something like “That’s a great outfit you’re wearing” To which they’d usually reply “Thank you so much” I’d then make the remark “Is there any chance I can talk you out of it ?” - And if I got a giggle or big smile in return I knew I was in like Flynn - ah, they were fun days 😊😊

It is quite simple honesty and most important confidence. I am over weight due to an illness not great looking but I have a great sense of humour. I was widowed in 2006 and was total devastated. When getting back to dating I was lucky and ended up with a good friend who gave me advice as per my first sentence. Think of it as a numbers game. I would never say I would like to take you to dinner. You may not get on and still end up paying for dinner. I would say let’s get a drink and see how we get on and if we do we can arrange a second date. Keep it simple. I am now married and very happy to find such an amazing lady. Good luck fellas James

One thing I did as a woman a few months ago is... I just wouldn't date anyone who didn't laugh at at least a couple of my jokes first. And the quality of first and second, third dates skyrocketed. And then it hit me like an atom bomb Male dating advice right now is so bitter, so hostile, so every-move-must-be-perfect that I had made a rule that you must talk and laugh on dates. And it made things BETTER. As if that wasn't always the whole point! How did things get so bad? We gotta get back to the basics, man. These young men (and even some older men) are in serious trouble. You should go out with the intention of at least enjoying whatever you are doing, even if it does not work out. Then even if nothing happens, you'll have done some things you wanted. Biking, museums, trying that restaurant. And talk and laugh, for heaven's sake!
@thatgearguy7 ай бұрын
@@domeatown great point. A date should be a fun time out. It may lead to friendship, maybe more, maybe nothing. I think a lot of guys fixate so much on a date having to lead to a romantic outcome that they forget to relax and enjoy the moment. The best connections I made in life were through relaxed social times and shared humour/experiences. The current red pill trend certainly hasn't helped.

@@domeatown I think we have arrived at a toxic combination fueled by social media. Guys seem to believe most girls are predatory gold diggers. Girls seem to believe most guys are unfaithful dogs or misogynists. Both enter the dating pool with a suspicious mind and treat dates like an interrogation. The key is to be calibrated and learn from your mistakes. Once you start seeing what works, keep doing that. Women are fundamentally the same and what works will always work, and what fails will always fail. It's why players get tons of girls, and losers always get none. A lot of what Gear Guy says here is true too, so listen to people who have demonstrated success for themselves.

Really good advice here. The bottom line is that women are attracted to men who have relaxed self confidence and look after themselves. Spot on mate - subscribed to your channel expecting knife videos and here I am agreeing with your life philosophy! I've found that 80% of your interactions with the opposite sex are really just a case of basic social skills and reading the room, so to speak. There are 3.5 billion women in the world (last I checked anyway), there's bound to be at least a few out there who you'll have a mutual attraction with! The other thing with rejection - I find generally if you're pleasant and polite but you're rejected, you'll be rejected pleasantly and politely. If you're constantly being told to fuck off, you probably need to adjust your attitude. Of course there's always the odd person who's just got no manners, but generally speaking I think that rule holds. Anyway, just my tuppence worth, good stuff pal!

I have no idea why the algorithm sent me here but as a woman who has been chased by many a man the most important thing is overall health. Physical health, not necessarily big n bulky but someone who values his health. He eats as healthy as he can, has some kind of physical conditioning routine, and stays away from very risky activities. And he’s working out because he values his health not because he’s running from something. Mental/behavioral health. A man who is self aware, is kind, empathetic, has self respect, has processed any trauma he has, is a safe person to be vulnerable with, and doesn’t spew any red pill crap. Most women I know are instantly turned off by any RP lingo. Negging, manipulation, etc are hallmarks of insecurity. Listening to Rogan, Tate, Peterson, etc is a red flag to many women. True confidence is often quiet and calming. You MUST be able to emotionally regulate. Guys who have tempers, blow up our phones with rage texts, throw things, punch walls, and destroy things, especially their GF/wives things, are awful. A lot of men like to kill women’s plants. If a man did that to me I’d file a police report instantly! He’s be out of my life so fast Google would lose track of him. Having a work ethic and being good with whatever money he does make. Financial health. I know many happy couples where the guy is short, chubby, and making five figures but they’re really cool guys. They’re smart with the money they do make. They don’t drive fancy cars but they’re reliable. They’re usually creative types with a wicked sense of humor. They’re THEMSELVES and comfortable in their own skin. He bought property and has some kind of retirement plan. Imagine you’re a new inmate in a men’s prison. The other ones have been in there a looong time and they’re all giving you the “eye”. You’d be super vigilant, right? Well that’s what it’s like for most women. Not every inmate is a threat but enough are. Don’t do anything to a woman you wouldn’t want done to you if you were in a men’s prison. If you can’t afford a dinner date maybe keep working until you can spend money on dates comfortably. Women are finally figuring out that dating broke guys drags us down. When we get pregnant by a guy like that we’re told “you should’ve chosen better!” Every guy I dated paid for dates out but I cooked at my place for movie dates. We’d go hiking, one guy took me to a free hot spring, one took me cave spelunking, and guys who cook are HOT. One of my favorite memories is when a built guy was shirtless in my kitchen cooking up bison burgers. At the very least find out what activities she likes and be creative with dates. But don’t take her out somewhere secluded right away. That’s creepy! Also have hobbies. Take classes. Learn new things. You’ll meet a lot of people with similar interests that way. Much better than a bar or club. And pleeeeaaase don’t expect women to fill all your social needs. Have healthy friendships too. And pleeeease go to therapy if you can. Just being able to talk to one helps with social skills. It’s as important as going to the gym. And it’s way more courageous than most “alpha” activities.

The Peterson hate is quite strange. Then you list a bunch of things Peterson would say, not exactly, but in the spirit of "clean up your room" ~ "eat healthy, do some exercises, fix traumas" etc... These are much in the same spirit. Sure, he gets involved in politics a bit, but hey... :D Rogan also... he is just a guy sitting down and talking to other people, notably people from accross the spectrum. Climate scientist debate with climate denier. Vegan fanatic debate with Carnivore fanatic. He had a guy on who was talking up vaxx then later another who talked about side effects and hidden statistics about the vaxx. Idk enough about Tate to comment.

A lot of men can get from rags to riches, so maybe all men should strive for that first before spending too much focus on pairing up? Like just settling with what you can get? Females like to settle for the best they can get, men should do the same..
@scottrc53917 ай бұрын
Problem is, by the time you get to riches, in the 40s for most men, your interest in women is on a steep decline. It's one of life's great cruelties. You finally "make it" but you don't even want "it" anymore.
@razadaza96517 ай бұрын
@@scottrc5391 believe me, men always want it, there is evidence everywhere… the fact is with all the feminsn out there women are too toxic to put a ring on,, from my experience, when women are under 25 they are still mostly nice, then after they are 38 or so they then respect men a bit more because they spent between 25 and 38 being toxic strong independent women and it didn’t work out for them.. men just need to make their own money and wealth and stay healthy that’s really all

All good except I wouldn't talk about confidence as "just" confidence, because that is one thing that is usually way harder to obtain than good musculature ;) I would even argue that in many cases confidence with women cannot be gained, as every approach is so traumatic that person may never get to the point where it gets, allegedly, easier.

Confidence is gained in many ways. Through success in your career, success in hobbys/sports and being happy with your body image. All of that means seriously hard work, which people dont want to do..
