She aint necessarily smarter they just in different worlds, dragon ball is lightyears more advanced already in general so the knowledge is obviously bigger you gotta compare it based on their universe. Vegapunk is sais to have 500 years > anybody in OP which i dont think bulma has in dragon ball judging from all the afvanced stuff they already have it would take less than 500 years for another scientist to invent time travel in dbz

I still conflicted with lucci being so strong. Like he still was one of the highest ranked assassins but like the fact that lucci is getting this glow up and so many other characters that have returned and haven’t got shown anything kinda hurts.

I have a big theory Joyboy was never a devil fruit eater ,after joyboy death joyboy's will reincarnated in Nica fruite ,and then he see luffy's potential and give tha Nica fruite to Luffy to achieve joyboy's dream/wish
