I was in the best shape of my life when i was intermittent fasting consistently i at one point got so good at it i was doing the OMAD Diet and it worked amazing for me i think imma go back to doing this during my training way more

heres a tip bro, sleep at 9-11pm and you can wake up early and work out too! Been sleeping at 9:30-10pm and waking up 5-6am and its helped me so much!
