600g Boiled Onions (Then Blend)
500ml Onion Water
1 Tsp Fennel Seeds
2 Bay leaves
4 Cloves
6 Cardamoms
Cinnamon Stick
1 Star Anise
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
500g Fresh tomatoes finely diced
1 Tbsp Hot Chilli Powder
1Tbsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
2 Green sliced Chillies
1 Tbsp Tandoori Masala
1 Tbsp Cumin Powder
1 Tbsp Coriander Powder
1 Tbsp Garam Masala
1 Tbsp kasoori Methi
1 Tbsp Natural Yogurt
1 Tsp Tomato Puree
1.5 Tsp Salt
2 large potatoes diced
Fresh Coriander
ESSENTIAL TIPS
DO NOT CUT DOWN THE OIL
DO NOT CUT DOWN THE LIQUID
COOK ON HIGH HEAT
REDUCE DOWN AND ADD SOME LIQUID LATER IF NEEDED
