Nah..she needs to know you will leave her ass of she cant get it together and realise YOU are Not her enemy...nor are you her Ruler. You are a Leader, but more importantly...human. Her safety is 1st...she must understand there is no relationship without respect for the Man and compassion for the Woman. An imbalance will lead to disaster. Peer pressure is a poison. Her lack of discipline is a ticking explosion. You CAN NOT save her...she must change WILLINGLY or it will be a endless fruitless battle. She is Not worth it...they never are. That is HER battle..not yours. But ones that realise youre her ally, and wish only the best for her will reap the rewards. Do NOT pedastalize her NOR treat her like trash.

Which is fucking stupid. It’s an insane idea. Standing up to her means controlling her. Women pick men who “stand up to her”, but if I have to “stand up to you” I don’t fucking want you. We’re supposed to be a team. A partnership.

@@jordanharrison8769 exactly this. Every man I see who isn't a sociopath who has to keep his girl on a leash is miserable because of it, because he can't open his heart to the one person he is supposed to be able to open his heart to without reservation. It's abuse, more specifically she is abusing him. There's not enough good women to go around for all the good men who want honest and sincere relationships.

@Tryagain205 - Something I became only too well aware of since being dragged through a brutal & quite unnecessary divorce ( she saw it as a diversion to avoid facing up to her toxic childhood!) in which she not only trashed the lives of our two VERY young sons, but, in externalising her own chaos, she distorted my space-time line, which put me in the "wrong place @ the wrong time" resulting in me having two serious road traffic accidents. So, while I was stuck in a hospital bed, they just went ahead & ran me through THEIR process anyway! - Getting to my original point, I've been waiting for about 18 months for this book to become available in paperback - "THE MYTH OF NORMAL : ILLNESS. HEALTH AND HEALING IN A TOXIC CULTURE" by GABOR MATE (e,acute). Having read some of his books befor,. I HIGHLY recommend him [ He's also available on NUMEROUS episodes of YOU TUBE] ) - For any of you who care for chronological accuracy (Necessary in order to understand PROCESS) then I STRONGLY recommend you read the books of THE child psychologist ALICE MILLER who discusses "Poisonous Pedagogy" @ some length. As this terminology is now somewhat rare, I clarify it by replacing it with TOXIC parenting. While AM mainly dealt with causes before geting onto consequences, but was then cut short by her death, it's also very convenient that GM mainly follows on from her by largely concentrating on the consequences of trauma. This process largely follows ABUSE -> (leads to ) TRAUMA -> REPRESSION ( of TRAUMA-ANGER) - & if a healthy solution isn't obtained, then it usually results in "ACTING OUT" of TRAUMA-ANGER ! But rather than take it up with their abusive parents (mainly mothers as they are responsible for most of the early parenting) VERY many "feminists" prefer to abuse 'ALL' men as convenient "emotional dustbins", preferably by using social media where it's nice & safe, without any regard for abusing men publicly !

So important. This is the stuff women never say outright, due to that fear of losing control, despite her ironic need to have the man be in control. Wonderful. Thanks Maya. If she treats you wrong, gently but firmly correct. If she makes it too difficult, walk away and let her know you simply will not be disrespected. Calmly, while you control your own emotional reactions. You rage you lose. You're supposed to be the rock. The amount of emotional control and resilience it takes to handle women is unparalleled, tbh. Excellent content and a stark reminder. Thanks.

Women don't have a need for a man to control them. If you have so much difficulty stating what you want, you have no business dating. Since people today don't bother getting to know each other before they sleep together, ''red flags'' are bound to crop up. It's not difficult.

I believe that any men should be capable of holding himself to a high standard where no adult content, online naked, or with g-string, bikini women, or even any kind of sexual external stimulation would put himself down to any individual on this world. Regardless of the temptation, we can do better for ourselves. To not to submit to a false oversexualization where get out of our means and put a women on a pedestal. Instead put your Life's purpose, your faith in the Most High, your love for yourself, on your wounds healing, the passion for your freedom, to live at peace with your own. Then, only then, we can appreciate, love, qnd respect ourselves and consequently respecting any kind of life. We should take our power back and embody it. Live and die on your feet and not on your knees. It is not easy but is blessed worth it. May God bless you all.

that's the problem, you can only respect other people's boundaries if you know your own... but to do that you have to deal with your feelings, because otherwise you don't reflect but only react... it's like with children who don't yet understand life and therefore CANNOT take responsibility

It's wonderful to hear an intelligent woman able to reason from the facts and question the current doctrine that real men are selfish when it's actually the other way around. A healthy and equal relationship between a man and a woman is based on mutual trust and HONESTY! Most women today are living a lie, nurtured by false feminism rooted in propaganda that healthy and loving values are bad! Thank you for your amazing and well thought out videos.

I really appreciate the fact that you distinguish between a man that has boundaries and values, and a jealous, insecure man who wants to turn the women into his ''property''. Many people nowadays portait both as ''toxic masculine'' even though it is abolute nonsense and the first example is something that should be respected in every relationship. Setting boundaries in a relationship does not mean that you are a ''insecure man'', ''enslaving the woman'', especially if you take into consideration that most Ladies demand those boundaries from their husbands. It is a two way streak But it also does not mean, that there are no overly insecure, narcissistic males, tryig to gain control over a woman. And that also does not mean, that there are no overly confident, narcissistic females, trying to gain control over a man.

All I’ll say is that hopefully you establish boundaries without going through some seriously s*** experiences. But a lot of the time it’s necessary to experience and become aware of the pain in order to put a stop to it. Boundaries are on of the hardest things to establish and enforce. That and toxic people hate them. You know you’re doing the right thing if people start hating you for calling out their BS and saying no.

As a "Peter" I can confirm boundaries in life are generally a good idea. Especially so within a relationship. It can be difficult to lay down a boundary with the threat of relationship termination. Knowing how much one loses by ending a relationship, the temptation is to compromise. However, it will likely eat away at you every time that boundary is crossed. Building up a feeling of being disrespected by your partner. Eventually, I always face up to it, as being disrespected is something I can only tolerate for so long, before I rise up and challenge it with vigour and determination. It often does end the relationship but that is fine, usually by then the feeling is more, one of relief and peace of mind, having confronted the issue.

It's also about whether the man is coming from a mindset of abundance or lack. Boundaries are much easier to enforce when a man is in the mindset of abundance. It then becomes not about controlling the woman's behavior but rather simply stating that you do what you want, but that doesn't work for me. Where as the man who is in a mindset of lack is much more likely to become the fool or the simp.

If and only if they want to come back. I’m available, but they do know that I changed for the better. It doesn’t make me dangerous. What it makes me is self aware of what is on the table to build a growing relationship.

Boundaries feel great and foster self respect, strength and clarity. My X who left the relationship brought her un-integrated emotions to me via text when she started missing me. I held my position 3 times about no contact and the reasons why (to grieve-emotionally process) and finally she texted i understand thank you. Her text revealed it wasn’t just all about her, and that she respected me and my boundary. The hardest part has been going from being in contact every day, connecting on so many levels to nothing. i know though that whats happening now is best for me and her.

Mayka, this is probably your most succesful day on this channel. 🙂 I have not seen a gain of 300 subscribers in one day since I watch you. Your usual gain is 100 subscribers daily. Everyone has boundaries, even people who suffered from a narcissistic, sociopathic or borderline abuse in childhood. If we would not have boundaries we would already be dead by suicide. Of course, some boundaries can be destroyed, harmed but the basis is still there on which we can build up. So the problem isn't not having boundaries but expressing them in healthy ways. People can have many boundaries but if they cannot enforce them because of respect or trust they are useless & then they should walk away. That is why I believe boundaries are not the most attractive trait but confidence is. 94:0! 04/05/2024. 22:06. 436.

Then the energy behind the boundaries are too harsh, forces, fearfull and not masculine and self assured.

@@arthurdevrome8925 Explaining how I find our relationship one-sided, where I'm a doormat, and I'm not getting anything in the way of reciprocation. I hardly see how this qualifies as harsh, fearful, and not masculine. Explaining how I go out of my way to plan, in many ways surprise, romantic activities, all but for her to get angry at the idea of going slightly out of her comfort zone that she would rather watch Kim Kardashian and Netflix garbage on TV, while at the same time lamenting men these days lack romance. . . I don't see how trying to break this common lazy pattern is in anyway harsh, fearful, and not masculine. Again, no reciprocation is the issue. Explaining how I am a man and human being, not something to be "fixed" for some report card on your social media, apparently this boundary is too much as well. Every woman I come across it's always the same: How do I elevate my social status and use you as a bus. Shallow and weak.

Don't put women on pedestals be a man set boundaries if she can't handle that she is not worth it .Men need self respect and control of there minds body and emotions and have the maturity to say I will be alone if I can't find a woman who has self respect and respect my space then I'm fine with that . Men lead and women follow women want masculine men healthy women want this .

I feel like it's a weakness to always complain what's bothering you. But also if you don't she might go on her own move.

After 4 years if living together with our 7 children combined, my ex and I ended up breaking yp when I realized she never respected my boundary need for her children to be in their rooms 10pm on weekdays when i need to work in the morning. It was a real revelation to me.

Do things to get her out of the ordinary boring social media life. Once I surprised my gf with a trip to skydiving. She was so pissed but she tried it and liked it. Relationships are all about sarcasm, surprise

right on. the big mistake so many men make is doing what they think the woman will like. dude, how good are you at thinking like a woman ? not very, I bet. she already has girlfriends, she wants a man. so be a man. a mature man, who knows how to have fun, and, most important , living his LIFE PURPOSE, using his Natural Talent.

Yes, yes, boundaries... But i think there's usually 2 mistakes made : 1- confusing boundaries and assholes. 2- thinking that a man being nice is a man without boundaries. I reckon that women have a turmoil of feelings and so on in their life. But as we become men when we control ourself, so should women be. You can't ask for someone to invest in a relationship (and yes, it requires investment and work from both part), but at the same time, bringing turmoil of feelings, or expecting your man to put a stop to your overwhelming tornado in you. It's your job to learn to control it. Not your man's job to be the wall against you crash. That is the role of a father, not of a husband.

I oddly wonder, do women like a fully shaved head or long hair on a man the best? Most men tend to keep it somewhere in the middle, but to be fair the 100% natural look is letting everything grow out.
