I hope your daughter is getting enough vitamin D supplementation? I don't agree that it SHOULD hurt when growing? Sounds a little puritanical.. I believe my growth was stunted in my legs when I had knee and shin pain. It means I didn't have enough proper nutrition mainly due to being poisoned by Western medicine..
