Matthew 7:12, to treat others how you want to be treated but this does not mean people will treat you how you treat them. The #1 thing you can do to improve your live MAN or WOMAN is to open your heart to the gospel

Walk softly and carry a big stick. . . . I remember my dad said that, I'm now 48 and have to say I agree with him. These videos are filled with great advice from head to toe.

Chez..I appreciate the heck out of you and your overall message. This video was very timely for me. You've also inspired me to start punching with 10lb weights and make a KZbin channel myself. Thank you so much!

the rope work is always top notch. So is the shadow boxing. The footage with the kids is Perfectly imperfect. To get them moving and into the forms. Just to get kids marching with with jabs, hooks, kicks, just such a great activity and investment into the future. The Chinese were wise and smart to give opportunity to this guy.
