This may be good for the young, but once she has you married, you can forget this. I have been married for a long, long time. The only reason she keeps me around is to pay her bills. I would split, but that means I would lose most of everything I worked for, and I would still be paying her bills. I have tried a lot of this, but there are some freezers you just can't defrost.

Improve yourself (gym, diet, wardrobe) to the point that you become attractive to other women. Practice flirting with other women outside of your wife's presence. When you have re-established your skill set, allow your wife to experience another woman finding you attractive. This is called pre-selection, and it's EXTREMELY effective.

Took the courage to walk across to a lone, very attractive woman in a "coffee house" to introduce myself, but before I could speak she said aloud "Just go away!" Which most people heard. Which I did trying to smile away my discomfort. Later, just before she left, she came over to me and smiling, apologised quetly for going so rude, I exclaimed aloud "What! 200 dollars for the whole night!?"

@Maverick 7 I can understand you feeling hurt and wanting revenge from the way she acted when you approached her, however, I can't help but agree with @Maximus Meridius comment. She may have acted out of impulse and thought you were just another guy like perhaps the previous one (or ones) that had approached her. You know as well as I do a great many guys only want one thing from a woman, and being 'very attractive' as you described her, I can imagine she gets a lot of those kind of guys hitting on her all the time. Have you ever wondered what would have happened if when she came to you and as you said, 'smiled and apologized for being so rude', if you had taken the high road, graciously accepted her apology and perhaps even made some remark about how maybe you shouldn't have been quite so forward to approach her that way, then invited her to have a seat. This would have made her realize you were a gentleman even when she had treated you unfairly and I would think that would have scored you a great many points in her mind. Maybe she had another appointment and couldn't spend more time there, in which case you could mention that you'd still like to get to know her so maybe the two of you could meet there tomorrow or sometime. Obviously she realized she had done wrong and was feeling bad about the whole situation. Who knows what wonderful thing may have come out of this brief encounter.

@@gordjohn2322 - Ohhhh dear.......huge confession, this was a pastiche of a "joke on a KZbin channel" - the response is extraordinarily enlightening, with contrary opinions. In fact., with very few exceptions, (potty-mouth trollops come to mind, a response "Please mind your language there are ladies present" is usually effective) I would never have put down any woman as described, especially in public! However, as an 'English Gentleman of the Old School' - a few - curt withering remarks invariably fends off any insolence.

You say sex then get “that’s all you talk or think about”. You try to send flirty messages all day and build the anticipation to get, “I’m too tired and stressed”. You try and keep the house clean and cook, then they pass out when you get to the bedroom. You try to whisper hot little things to get them going, and get, “I just need cuddles”. You cuddle every night, and every night you watch them just go to sleep. Unfortunately this just doesn’t work for a lot of women.

I would say you're wrong, this works for A LOT of women in my experience. Subtle sexual teasing and doing all the things she described, not being boring & predictable, and of course satisfying them in bed are the keys to having a great sex life (most men don't do this by the way). But if you are, and it still isn't working... then you need to move on, or be OK with having a sexless relationship.

You have to understand sometimes a woman is like a 57 Chevy whose choke is stuck open in the winter when it really really cold. If you can get the motor started you have to let it warm up and to run correctly. In saying that a woman's mind it's like the carburetor in the choke. Give her a back massage a head massage or a foot massage and read her a poem or something to get the mine focus on something other than I'm exhausted and I'm tired. As long as the woman is in the mindset I am tired it is just like the carburetor that is not warmed up it does not run good. Do something romantic that you've never done before. Learn 10 new things that brings excitement to your wife. Never coming home empty-handed again. You have to bring anticipation and excitement into her life and then she just like a 57 Chevy with a high performance motor will produce thousands of horsepower that will give you a thrill.😊

She healed a lot of the wounds that I had from previous bad relationships just by being real and honest. Attraction is a neurochemistry based dynamic based on body language and hidden cues. Too many men resort to doing things that are actually detrimental to creating attraction, like flattering women, talking too much, not saying "no". I've had a lot of FWB in my life and not so much actual girlfriends, but that is the energy I projected. Be cool and calm, nonchalant. Always have a take it or leave attitude around women and let them know that you have options.

Thank you Sarah. You're really committed and you're doing a great job! That being said, about the topic of this video (but also others) - ugh, women are complicated. This whole jumping through hoops thing works if you're young and optimistic about live. And while you still have so much time for everything. But after a certain amount, or time, of blue-balling, patience and enthusiasm grows thin, and eventually vanishes. Ask yourself this: if men applied the same amount of rules, expectations and no-go's, who would ever have sex again? I don't like to feel like a pet that's being trained and learns tricks to then, maybe, get a treat at the end of an exhausting routine. Yes, maybe. Some women just love to receive all the attention and affection, but suddenly decide 'nah, not today..'. It sucks to be the initiator. Especially when you're then being told, more or less politely, that you're too horny and just always want sex. Well, duh! If you don't get it, you still want it. Surprise. Worst of all, some women then 'give in' and do it 'as a favor', which absolutely doesn't result in good sex. There's simply a fundamental difference between most men and women: for women, sex is the first thing that goes, for men it's the last. I think that discrepancy creates a huge number of the deadlock situations in relationships. Sorry if this sounds like a big ol' rant (I guess it is), but I had to get it out. This whole topic is triggering, and perhaps I'm not the only one who thiks this way. Maybe my point of view is limited. Maybe others have made completely different experiences. I'm not claiming the absolute truth. And of course it's not your fault. If at all you're helping the situation by raising awareness. Again, thank you for that.

I don't think age has anything to do with it and yes we as men do need do the "dance" sometimes to get laid. Some women are just messed up with daddy issues. Then there's the other women that recognize what you're doing and reciprocate quickly. I was married once for 5yrs and I was sexually starved and miserable. I would jump through hoops to maybe get some and it was boring to say the least. She said I asked too much so I purposely went 7 weeks without saying a word about sex and I got crickets. Now that I'm older any relationship I have is sex- o- plenty because I know how to treat a lady and won't ever put up with that type of girl ever again. If my special woman and I aren't on the same page then I'd rather be single until someone is worth my time.

Totally agree. Not bashing the advice because it is likely accurate... but that is the whole problem. As I watched I realized it's just too much work for the payoff. Any "getting the girl" advice seems to boil down to the fact that there is this tiny tiny percent chance that you can do the right thing in the right order at the right time at each step of the game. There are easier ways of giving half your shit away.

So if I’ve got this right, turning a woman on is like walking into a dark room. A man can flip on the light without any problem because they know it’s coming, where it would make a woman cover her eyes from the unannounced brightness. Women would prefer a man use the dimmer switch so it isn’t startling and too bright too fast.

Sarah, hi. My name is Ken, and I'm constantly amazed at how your pronouncements are spot on. I DON'T want you to get self conscious, but every time you cite a realism, you radiate an amazing beauty.... Right now I''m a 68 y/o male with Parkinsons. Further, I quit trying about 20 years ago. the last time that i asked a woman out, her reply was "not if you were the last man on earth"... A few thing that you haven'4addressed that I've noticed as I get older, include after 40, you are treated like you are invisible. This increases into your 60's, and if you try and interact with folks, you are greeted with anger and hostility. Your program on "your ideal man" was real. Presently I'd give me a 4. Years ago . i might have rated a an 8 (read 80%) Why I dropped out was for reasons of my own making. I didn't try to get back in the game because i HONESTLY believe that I'm unlovable. Lack of respect is in there somewhere. Your points presented initially allowed me an opportunity to see that I was not alone in what I've see and experienced. unfortunately, for me, I got more down and depressed, because I'm past the point of no return. I'm irrelevant and I've nothing left to offer. I have no friends or family, I'm only contacted when someone wants something, but as you pointed out, I have only myself to blame for that one. I spent the last 30 years trying to help my fellow man by doing God['s work. no i don't pretend to wash the feet of lepers, but i did help in one fellow's stroke recovery to a point where he danced with his daughter at her wedding, The list goes on... The point being that I didn't do it form some tangible reward. I did hold out the hope that in my doing my penance, I might rate some beauty in my life. By beauty I mean a loving wife, who provided me with something resembling a loving family. hey we all need some phantasy. What got was being told by my lady when we parted ways, that I was just an investment, and she -presented me with a bill for goods and services that she had provided. Apparently she had kept detailed records of everything that she had ever done or given me... My last relationship ended after she traded me in for someone who made more money. Later. she did have the forethought to try and get me to invest in a land buying scheme of her husband's. I kept the email. I tried online dating and dating services. In a word humiliating. I worked hard at my profession. So, I tr9ied joining clubs that involved my interests. I'll spare you the details. No go on that. You discussed being alone. Try that for almost 20 years. I'm very in touch with all my faults and my failures. Dying alone sucks, I realize that we all die alone but the fact that it would be an extended period before my remains were discovered doesn't help. When I was in the Marines, we had a few rules to live by... fuck 'em if they can't take a joke, die young and leave good looking corpse, and screw 'em all except six and leave them as all bearers. I think I went a little overboard. At least I made arrangements for my dogs to be cared for after my passing. I can only hope that this person will honor my wishes. I have a problem with trust and faith. How'd that ever happen? You must be asking why am I sharing this with you? Your inputs showed me that I'm not alone in my experience, but conversely they reminded me that I'm at the end of my life cycle and there is nothing that I can do. I just don't matter. I wish that I could believe that I was of some non material value to someone. Not good odds on that one. As an aside, I'm not going to off myself.. No balls, i guess, It's just getting harder to get out of bed every morning. I eventually manage to do it. Day after day. You are in no way accountable for my present state. You are not a psychotherapist, in the classic sense, but Erich Fromm in a book called Psychotherapy East and West, he put forward the proposition that the role of the guide, for lack of a better expression, was to allow the individual an opportunity to look at their situations and come to their own conclusions. To this end Sarah, you've done one hell of a good job, at least from where I'm sitting. The downside was my acknowledgment of a potload of sadness that I thought that I'd accepted. In the proudest tradition of you showed me yours, I showed you mine, I hope that you read this. No reply is necessary. It wouldn't do any good. Just know that people are listening and reacting to what you are putting out there. Ken

I was a dork in school. But I listened to girls and made them laugh. My acne was horrible, so I rarely made a move because I thought I grossed them out. When my acne abated, and my confidence grew, I couldn't keep up with my dating prospects. That said, when I really liked a girl, I still clammed up a bit. Just make conversation with females. Test the waters with small talk, then move into a joke or two. Question them about their life. Watch their responses; eye contact, physical contact like a slap on the arm, is the conversation transactional or one-way? All that shit tells you if they're interested. It's like going surfing, ride the wave. Even if it doesn't work out, you've learned how to appreciate people who are different and collected more data on how to improve yourself.

Great advice as always, Sarah. Two things I would add is that all women (and all men) are different. As a guy, you've got to develop a sense of how to read a woman. Second bit of advice is to date as much as you can and to treat every date as a learning experience. One more comment, the best part of the video is Sarah's statement that for women "It's all about words and imagination". Funny thing, as a guy I have come to understand that point of view as I have aged. Imagination and fantasy have become more important to me as a sexual turn on. Thanks Sarah, your videos are excellent.

Sarah, You really are quite a girl. Not only are you very good looking, but you have such a pleasant way of speaking, and with a smile. But much more than that is your content is exceptionally well presented, and exactly what needs to be said, and many times never said to us men anywhere else, or at least not so eloquently. You seem to have the unusual capability of conveying what women think to us men, from a woman's standpoint. And that is invaluable. I am 75, and lost my late wife to cancer several years ago. So I have been thrown into the dating of today and I'm not good at it. However, you have described in this video a key factor to consider and projected the positive if you do it correctly. I can see clearly that I need to pay more attention to what is in this video. Kudos to you, Sarah, for such outstanding videos.

That's correct, if a woman doesn't lust after you, she isn't worth the time of day. This is why a lot of men eventually end up with a woman who is as much fun in bed as a dead fish.

Proof that women fall in love with their own thoughts and imagination based on scripted words, staged environments, and mystery. They don't actually fall in love with the person unless he continues to "act" this way. I would advise against it unless that's who you really are.

In my 40s, after my divorce. I was on a chatline where there were plenty of women. It would turn some on when I would paint a scenario of slow dancing with them in a romantic setting and adding in slow kisses and gentle caressing. I ended up with some erotic phone calls with women wishing I was there. Even some chats where I didn't start that way ended up with the same results.

Part of the lost art of flirting and innuendo can be attributed to women's "direct approach" on dating apps. Many times they'll message you with comments directly telling you openly and overtly the sexual acts they want to do with you and even their bedroom kinks. It gives the man the impression all he has to do is knock on the door and they'll be heading for the bedroom and that's even true in some cases, but not all. Then we get there all horny and ready to go and move too quickly and they get offended.

I stopped watching a lot of red pill content because they tell you go make money and muscles. The irony. I know a few conventional attractive men who are successful yet fail with women. I know a lot of guys whom are not that attractive with gorgeous girlfriends and wives. They are also not wealthy. This red pill and black pill stuff is toxic. Men need to learn people skills and emotional intelligence. That's what gets you laid. Not money or muscles.

Well said! What's ironic is how much they talk about "avoid the gold diggers" then turn around & tell men to use their wallets to attract women. If you bait with your wallet, you're more likely to attract the gold-diggers though! Most of redpill now is really just playing on men's feelings for clicks instead of teaching anything substantial or helpful.
