I just tried my first pair of Reykavik Eyes frames (the Hextor in bright blue)at my local boots and I love them, but now I want to visit your shop and try all the other styles! It's literally the only pair of glasses I've tried on that fit me properly.

Thanks for the great exhibition SF. Those JF Rey frames are, indeed, amazing. If you were to use those as sunglasses, with a light tint, what would you choose? (Asking because I like lightly-tinted sunglasses - not super dark - but it's a trick to choose the right tint!)

I like the neon Reykjavikeyes, but I almost want to place the Mykita Steen in the neon orange color-way ahead of that.

@@thespectaclefactory they are, and both very lightweight. However the price on the Reykjavikeyes are much better for what it’s worth. You are getting the same materials and in my opinion slightly better construction on the Reykjavikeyes for almost $400 less. That’s why I would still place the Reykjavik over the Mykita.

I don't know if you have done it, but would you by any chance ever be checking out the brand Matsuda or Salt? Salt has frames just like Gast Anima But they're called Salt Andy WSKY or Salt Spencer WSKY BOTH ARE BEAUTIFUL IN PERSON

Gast is completely sold out, are they on European vacation, out of business, actually sold out? I have 3 pairs, they're great especially for the price. That being said, just got my new Rx, which hasn't changed, so it is time to find something wonderful

@thespectaclefactory Oh good, they are turning out a nice product for the money. I just got my new Rx yesterday, no change, so I am actively trying to figure out what I want for a new Rx sunglasses. It won't be Gast. I have a small-ish head, so I'm looking for either a small square aviator or a small but thick acetate. Light tint with photochromic, flash mirrors, rose to purple desired when dark, not polarized, maybe 10% tint or gradient in a different color than the final dark color. So many options. and the frame has to work with -5.25 sphere with -2.50 cyl...
