What a powerful video! The 17 laws of self-improvement presented here are like a roadmap to personal growth. I particularly resonated with the emphasis on discipline over motivation. It's so true that discipline is what truly drives progress, especially on those tough days when motivation is lacking. This video has inspired me to reassess my goals and prioritize discipline in my journey towards self-improvement." Comment 2:

Awesome video man, most of these self improvement videos are useless but you always come through. I was really depressed and procrastinated a lot until I came across your channel and soon after I found a "banned" ebook called The Power Of Forbidden Routines on Forbidden Pages. Watching your content and picking up this book and actually applying the knowledge helped me out a lot.

Law #9 and 10 have honestly been resembling my habits rn. This video has triggered some self reflection within myself and yes I do. I do go crazy after losing my streak, and I hate that. In the beginning when I didn't track I was honestly better off and felt better too. I'm now gonna cut that off of my habits and stop tracking, and just do it. For law number 10. My dream is for my friends and I to become stronger and live long lives with one another but it seems they just can't commit to what I'm saying. I've offered my own help, even with just the gym, I understand how going alone is intimidating so I offered my assistance. But now it's been a few months of just delaying. I've offered your KZbin channel for help so now the responsibility has been lifted off myself and now onto them, I pray in few months time, they'll comeback to me for help

*Notes for self* I marked the ones I don't need to worry about anymore with "-" 1. Discipline is necessary, motivation is nice, but it comes and goes.- 2. Set a big, yet reasonable goal. 3. Use morning routines to form habits, but don't do everything in the morning. 4. You learn your whole life. 5. You're the average of 5 people you spend the most time with. 6. Progressive overload with everything. 7. Weightlifting is incredibly important.- 8. At the beginning try to cut out bad habits fully, don't settle for just doing less of them. 9. Fuck streaks.- 10. You can't force your friends into self-improvement. 11. Productivity is the most important factor if you want to make money. 12. There are people 100x more productive than you. 13. You need a painful moment that motivates you and fuels you in self improvement. 14. You have to leave some people behind. 15. Stop listening to the weak part of your brain. 16. Your environment is often holding you down. 17. Books are infinitely better than videos.

Nice bro I'll just give you some unsolicited advice, as someone who's a bit further along... 1. Watching self improvement youtube after some point is unnecessary, there's only so much they have to say, no point hearing it 50 times. 2. Don't tell people about self improvement, Hamza, Tate, don't annoy them with it If you want to convince someone, do so trough actions, never argument, it really won't work. Hope you use these, I wish I knew earlier tbh
