Tas sana taasn din yung mga technical people sa gobyerno na talagang high impact ang trabaho kaga ng mga civil engineers para atleast wala ng rason para mangutakot sila. Bawasan ang mga legislator posistion katulad ng mga board member, muncipal/ city councilors na wala namang ginagawa at walang kwenta at paulit ulit lang yung mga batas na ginagawa...

This is great and all but like.... There is far more to be done to the Philippines for it's people and it's environment before adding more infrastructure. Progression for the Philippines would require people to make a living wage and to crack down fully on corruption that prevents the people from having a decent paying job. These billions of pesos could be going towards humanitarian efforts rather than asphalt.
