I have read so many bad comments and it's hard not to respond. Randy and Amanda have done so much. I would say to negitive people where can you find quality homes and a place to put them for the price. It's not just about the home, many people live in places alone, neighbors aloof, no connection. Bad for mental health , community feel. When people move into Randy's dream they can if they want find friends, Gardners, bakers, crafty folks, potlucks , dinners together, walking the pups at the dog parks, so many things that people who needed people can do together. If you can find a cheaper home, fine, do it but if you need more in your life consider what you spend for what you might get if you want more in your life. People spend money on instant gratification , look at the long view, it can be beautiful

I just turned 70 last week and I hope that I will someday have my own tiny home! I love them so much and that is the only amount of space I need! I am saying a prayer every day to just have one of the American Dream or even the 8 by 20 would be awesome! Help me send a prayer up please that before I leave this world, I can have a home of my own! Randy and Amanda are good people and I think what they are doing is so needed by so many to have a home in their life!

The living room windows are situated in a bizarre location (except for the bay window). When the front door is located more toward the living room area on this size hime, it creates a very large space for plenty of storage for an armoire closet or pantry, or lots of shelving between the front door and bathroom, and plenty of space for a larger fridge. It would visually be waaaaay more appealing, which would attract more buyers. Storage space is key in tiny homes. Also, if the water heater is located on the front door side of the tiny house in that now larger space, then it would also create plenty of storage underneath the staircase that could then even accommodate a kennel for a dog's sleeping area for people who have pets.

It is designed that way so people who want downstairs bedrooms can put up a wall or curtain separating bedroom and still have windows in the living area

@IncredibleTinyHomes If it's designed that way for a bedroom...it really needs to be marketed that way. For many who want to use the living room like a living room and have more room for storage downsatirs, the windows and front door don't make sense. Randy marketed this home as a longer RJO with double dormers with the incredibox kitchen/bathroom layout, which means the living room area and window to door configuration would stay the same as the RJO/Incredibox. The lack of clarity makes the process frustrating for us to decide which home or IF these homes work. The most important thing is that people are happy with what they think they are getting. If the bedroom layout is a new plan, then people should have a choice of the bedroom layout or the living room layout.

It was not Pahrump, it was Crystal, NV and that project is on hold until we can redesign infrastructure since Nevada did not allow us to do a totally off-grid community there.
