Another great video, so many new people are trying to get involved in the sport, but don't know what the community is about, or what paths they can take. This will help new guys get out and find a club.

Speaking as a very mid range puller… i love practice more than anything. I’m there every Friday and continuing to improve just by having fun. I do compete when it’s convenient, but it’s only for extra experience. I find competing as a guy that rarely ever podiums and has never actually come 1st, a lot less fun than practice. Usually short, unsatisfied days when going to a competition.

Thanks for advices guys. Im kinda new to the sport and I would like to try myself in the future at some tournament, but I have this annoying wrist problem, which bothers me a lot. For example, when im doing ulnar deviation and my wrist is at 90 degrees, there is always a big cracking sound and almost always I would hurt myself on the table. My sparring partners have always a schock on their faces after it happens. There is no instant pain and I can pull until the end of session, but after a few days I have trouble with flexion/extension of the wrist. After a week, the pain goes away. I've started to do some wrist work, but Im not sure if I should just go through the cracking beacause Im afraid to do greater damage to my joints without gaining anything. Any advice would be helpful. Cheers!

Sounds similar to my issue, I have a subluxation (partial dislocation) of my right wrist. I can pull ok, but the days after are rough. I waited more than 6 months before going to a physio, and now I'm told the problem has healed in place. Don't wait to get diagnosed, it may be a fixable issue unless you don't tend to it asap.
