It is very difficult to discipline oneself actually. About the will power being limited is making sense since personally, I am struggling with my self discipline. LOL. But if you really do something strategic for you to be able to do what your goal is I am sure that you will form your habit.. that is why I love my post it, I just post this in the places where I often go so I could see the things that I should do that day not tomorrow not later.
