It is all about habits and reducing that barrier to entry. Leaving your gym kit at the end of your bed to use in the morning works well too.

This is really good. We had a really good gym habit going 6 days a week then we moved and right after COVID hit. Need to get back to it after this is all over.

This is so true. Then it becomes an addiction to the feeling of accomplishment, but this 20 second rule is the start of it all. As the video said, starting is the hardest part. Like 12.

It is very difficult to discipline oneself actually. About the will power being limited is making sense since personally, I am struggling with my self discipline. LOL. But if you really do something strategic for you to be able to do what your goal is I am sure that you will form your habit.. that is why I love my post it, I just post this in the places where I often go so I could see the things that I should do that day not tomorrow not later.
