East coast rider looking for some pop and can lay down a solid turn. I don't jib much, but ride fast and hit money booters. Was debating this or the Capita Indoor Survival. From your reviews, it seems like the Capita is better for laying some mini trenches. Thanks and always watching your channel !

HK Pro is going to have more snap and be OK at carving while the CIS is going to be better at carving but not have as much snap. If you can I'd suggest either you look at the Spring Break Resort Twin or Capita Super DOA as you'll get more snap and the base structure will be better for faster speeds.

Hey, thanks for the review. I've snowboarded 40+ days a season for the last six seasons + ~10days a season for the seasons before so I must have around 300+ days of snowboarding overall so I would say I am more skilled and aggressive than the average weekend warrior. I've owned a huck knife 153 before they made it stiffer and I loved it. Now I am thinking between the huck knife pro and regular huck knife again. I ride fast but I am still not the one that hit 60ft booters doing cork 7s etc. I do 360s, tamedogs, occasional wildcats, slow/mid speed boardslides and just whole load of all terrain/side hit charge but I am still pushing it to get better. I've also ridden the super doa and love it's flex but don't find good deals for it. How does the pro compare to the super doa in terms of stiffnes? Which one would you recommend to a low-tier advanced rider? A larger huck knife or huck knife pro?

I’m used to riding the Super DOA 2024 with Burton Malavitas 2024. I want to make the change to the Union force team bindings with the Salomon 2025 Huck Knife Pro. Will the change take some time to getting use to?

Was debating between this and the SB resort twin. Coming from a BSOD for my daily all mountain driver but hoping to get more into park. Only issue is I live in the east coast where ice and chunder will always be a problem so I need something that bites well before I reach the features, any thoughts? Also heard great things about other capita boards like DOA, IS, aeronaut for all mountain freestyle

You don't want an Aeronaut. DOA is whatever not that great in my opinion Indoor Survival or Spring Break Resort Twin are better.

Only chiming in cause I'm 6'4" 230 and 40+. I Copped this year's HK pro cause they added a cm of length and 20mm of EE to the biggest size (59w). I haven't ridden this year's yet, but I have a pretty thrashed '21 in a 58w that i absolutely adore.. I also had a standard HK from '23 in a 62(w) that i was pretty fond of but never grabbed over the pro, so i just traded it. The huck knife series is rad. TLDR: I think you'd be thrilled with this board, dude. Less effort, more boost. You gotta stay on your A game, but not as gnarly as you do with a straight up cambered board. Despite it being a "stiffer" board, the flex is dialed and for me being on the upper end of the weight range (like you as well) it never feels overly stiff... it definitely mellows out a bit after it's broken in too. The HK series is fantastic. Grab one from Angry's affiliate links and cheers to a buried winter.
