The #ElectricEscalade has arrived and for 2025, the #Cadillac #EscaladeIQ is the largest electric SUV that GM has ever produced. It uses the same #Ultium platform that also underpins the #GMCHummerSUV, the #CadillacEscaladeIQ will offer up to 450 miles of range and 750 HP from its dual electric motors. The inside will sport next generation tech with a pillar-to-pillar 55" curved LCD display on the dash. It should go on sale late next year for at least $130,000.

I’ve never been a huge ‘traditional’ Escalade fan, but I’m really digging this design. It adopts the Caddy EV design language really well, it’s just bold enough without being over the top, and I like the rear end design. The interior looks far better than MB’s hyper screen; middle finger deserved.

@@KyleHubb You mean Range Rover took after the Escalade. They even ditched their signature square taillights for a more Cadillac esque aesthetic recently with thin *vertically* integrated strip OLED taillights just like the gas powered Escalade. Kia is doing the same thing in copying Cadillac design language. It’s hilarious how people pretend not to see this brand’s influence across the industry but it’s right before your eyes folks.

Another attention-starved village idiot attempting to spread misinformation about GM and its EV capabilities. Meanwhile claudio supports Subaru (note the icon) who are recalling its 2023 Impreza vehicles due to its brake light switch possibly being improperly adjusted, which turns on the brake lights without stepping on the brake pedal. A mechanical and electrical issue, imagine that claudio.

I think the design is nice and most if not all of the Cadillac vehicles look great. Fit and finish has some issue, but overall nice. On the other hand, GM will be the next victim of bankruptcy or going out of business due to the government push for EV. People are not going to buy something that is failing and failing fast and horribly. Charging will be an issue even more in the future when State asking people not to charge their vehicles at times. EV is nothing more than to make money by people in our Government. The previous CEO of Toyota was forced to step down because he voiced his knowledge and said EV was not the future. The companies like Toyota that are seeking other sources like Hydrogen are going to make it in the future. At this time GM isn't that one. I only hope that we the people don't save them again due to the piss poor decisions people running the company are making. But then again, that is due to our Government making them also. SAD!

Toyota is also $187 billion in debt because of their failed hydrogen ambitions. The shareholders want their profits and EVs are the way to future survival for Toyota and the shareholders know this so they voted out the CEO.
@scottboyd8892
@scottboyd8892 Жыл бұрын
@@jordanplays-transitandgame1690 odd that the next CEO of Toyota said the exact same thing. As we can see EVs are a failure and will be in the future. It had nothing to do with Hydrogen, all to do with fines by the US. Just like VW making a Diesel engine that was better and failed emissions by a minimum amount that was unable to be obtained without DEF fluid, which also is a lie by the Government. Odd that no other Country is using that fluid and doesn’t make it cleaner. Other Countries also use the Sulfur still in the diesel and we have pockets getting bigger. Maybe even the Big Guy selling America out.
