What I love about the upcoming sheer trend is that’s it’s not about being sexy, revealing, or hiding very little of the body. No no, this sheerness is about playing with translucency as a layer, to accentuate other pieces, or certain parts of the body (but, like, in a demure way). It’s a sheer trend you can take out to to a brunch date, or a midday shopping trip. Not like past sheer trends that felt very evening-wear

I have a calfskin Reissue mini pouch in Classic size Medium/Large and for me it has the size, discreetness and softness to be my everyday bag. I love the sheer layering for dimension when you have just simple colors. Especially for summer and vacation- poolside! Just need to be careful with snags and breathable fabric because otherwise I feel like that fabric holds BO a lot.

Cassie I went to Chanel yesterday and was shocked that the quality of the bag I was interested was "meh". Then I went to Neiman's and saw a YSL lizard bag I think it's called the Fermoir. The bag was in lizard and was so quiet luxury that it was silent. The bag screamed 1950's classy. Thinking of buying the bag in the preloved market. So what to you think? Should I do it??? Oh it’s easy you can wear sheer dress or skirt with long jacket, button down shirt or chunky long sweater over sheer dress , that sheerness peaks only like mini length , also sweatshirt long top. You can wear under mini skirt with edgy t-shirt or tank top 🙌

I’m all for sheer but no thank you if it’s plastic. And sheer fabric that’s NOT plastic is very delicate and prone to snags so will show wear very quickly. It’s a fussy item of clothing, so I’d think about that when shopping
