I went to the cowboys basketball D1 camp in Larmie and one thing thats stuck with me since is "If you arent messing up occasionally you arent going hard enough" personally thats the best advice ive ever gotten from a coach.

Hola from Chile !!!! Great Video !!! I am trying to improve my son's accuracy at FULL SPEED (being chased down) layups. So I think can use similar approach to ensure his training is as game like as possible. Any hints would be welcome...but not expected ;o))
