I have a terrible pinched nerve right under my left shoulder blade, and the corner between my lower neck/shoulder is occasionally numb now and goes down the back of my left arm. Any tips for this or any specific stretches I should pay extra attention to in your video?

Thanks for your response. Lastly I feel i have better posture by lowering my desk height from recommended 72 cms to 67cms. What’s your recommendation. Im 5 feet 9 inches tall
