I loved reading the first chapter. I cant wait for more. My first story falls somewhat in the "magical girl" genre but I do wanna implement some things that you'd see in shonen manga/anime. I'm also very committed to not following popular trends. I always am a firm believer in not following trends, especially with any form of storytelling because it takes time to develop, produce/create something and by the time it gets out, the trend would've already moved away from what was popular. Just write what you wanna draw.

lol i feel called out from the demon thing. I've had a fascination with demons for years and adapted elements of my previous project that was based on Dante's Inferno into my current work so all my research could still be utilised. I also have angels and dragons because I find them cool but there is definitely a trend at the moment of everyone writing gritty darker shonen in the vein of chainsaw man and jjk- probably in part because that's what people are into. Hazbin Hotel being my latest obsession has definitely influenced my current work.
