Finally, Spokane has a good French Restaurant in Perry Street 'Francaise.' Which is great because the closest one was previously 'Flur de Sel.' in Post Falls which closed during 'lockdown.'

I am in my 60s and can get around but Spokane is more for the out going and youth providing your income working around the city is over $50k having a budget. There are skiing in five places within a day's drive, there is not much snow in the city but the resorts gets a full amount, it does not get as cold one would expect being this far north, spring and fall is the time of rain and cloudy otherwise it is sunny with times the temp will get around 100 a few times meaning a couple weeks, from May to September. There is coffee shops and stands writing, in a two mile radius, of where I live, between Spokane and Spokane Valley, there are four or five of them. There are many places to eat and most have very, good food, but Chinese fried chicken,and BBQ are not so great eating, on the bright side the Mexican, hamburg and general food I have no problem eating that them. Grocery shopping is not a problem having Costco (2), Walmart (4/5), Fred Meyer (Kroger)(4), Safeway/Albersons (4), Winco (2) and a few local and organic places to shop. Retail, Spokane has Target (2/3), Walmart (4/5) and many local shops like a bunch. The main jobs in this area are medical and restaurant, with other labor jobs like John Deer, the Boeing I have not heard not stopping to build by the airport, with a few hubs of large chain stores and Amazon may have a hub. There are a housing shortage along with apartment too but as Mr Wells commented there are plans for this and both apartments and homes being built. In the past two years, I have seen old buildings being replaced or will be with new buildings, as some a whole block. Though, there is several law enforcement, Spokane needs about 100 or so more in their police force, in the future.

Another thing I would include is, except for internet troll, people are super nice. As well, getting stuff done is so efficient. What would have taken half a day and a bunch of hassles to get a drivers license in Las Vegas, NV, took 10 minutes in Spokane.
