Aspartame gives me horrible migraines. Thank you for all the swaps and for such a clear and informative video with no "if you want to know the answer, buy ___" or "buy my vitamin or supplement if you want to be healthy." I'm blind living on only $12k/year of disability, and my house payment and insurance is 80% of my income. Not much left for food, electricity, or anything. I suddenly gained 100 pounds in only 2 years. I begged doctors for help. I am trying to get healthier by making all food from scratch and growing some of my own food. I love your videos. So glad I found you!

@@KetoKamp I finally have a direction with scientific backing. I know this is the answer to reducing all my pain and finally dropping the weird sudden weight gain. I'm so excited! Are the recipes in ketocamp made from affordable ingredients? I've bought keto recipe books before and couldn't afford any of the recipes. Need to know before I try to budget another $10/mth expense. My partner has epilepsy and takes a huge amount of meds. I heard keto is amazing for epilepsy.

Love your information but for people who are seniors, fixed low income, they are doomed to affordable, poison foods, unfortunately. Lots of resource for grass fed and organic farms but one week of those products is an entire month's food budget. Just the truth
@KetoKamp

Thank you for watching. I always say do the best you can with your available resources. The great thing about intermittent fasting is that you can save money, and potentially use some of that saved money on higher quality food.

I, too, am a senior and living off a very small and I mean small social security check. I do carnivore, and perhaps maybe if you are that broke, you should check into food stamps. Otherwise, you can do bacon eggs and grass-fed burger, which cost me 5.99 a pound from natural grocers. And that is from a regenerative farm.🫠

Sam’s Club has grass-fed organic ground beef for $4.99 a pound and pasture-raised eggs @ 1-1/2 dozen for around $6.00. It’s challenging but stocking up for the month on well-priced items can really help. So can batch cooking meals and freezing individual meals.

This was great info!!! I’ve been doing keto and moved to carnivore. It’s a real game changer. I used to have super sore muscles and pain when I touch any part of my fat back or muscles. Had lots of migraines. I had a bad limp from torn ligaments in my ankle and have Pcos. I can now walk normal and all my soreness and pain has left my body. I’ve never felt this good ever in my life. I used to have chronic heartburn which would keep me up at night and told I had sleep apnea. All is gone!!! Also my gut is happy and quiet. I have tonnes of energy all day long.

I have a question. I've done Keto on and off again for many years. Over the last few years I've tried going carnivore, but it seems that most everytime I eat a fatty meal, eggs and bacon, hamburger patties, etc, within about 30 minutes I get so sleepy I can't keep my eyes open. It generally lasts about an hour or so and then I'm fine. Has anyone ever had them happen and how did you resolve it? Thanks so much in advance.

I think some if the foods that many use on keto can be problematic for some people. Like for me nuts, some greens and dairy can cause me more inflammation and make my pain worse. While keto has really helped me. You still have to make ut individual to yourself.

All my favorite keto foods...guess i will be getting fat again. I mean really?! No dairy (can't get it raw) no favorite berries, no almonds or almond flour, no oats, flour, pasta, spinach or tabouli salads. And now not even cocoa. In other words only meat is "safe". I am an omnivore not a carnivore. This is very, very disappointing news.
