I agree that you don't 'need' to pay 3,000-4,000 to play an instrument that sounds and plays great. I disagree about the price range just being for collectors though. They're also for gigging musicians and home players who really value the build quality and tuning stability. I own quite a few guitars in the under $1,000 range and, even though they're great, they don't really stand a chance against my Suhr, PRS and MusicMan guitars.

Man, I need a new guitar. Not gonna lie I love this HSS Strat copy I got on sale, it feels and sounds oh so good when I play blues and clean. However, the problem with it is the upper fret access since the 22nd fret is slightly deeper into the body compared to a regular strat. Dude, Im 17 but 4'11 by hands are tiny making me physically incapable of playing the upper notes to the fullest and getting good vibrato when bending the 22nd fret. I love my only guitar which is a 2012 Ephiphone Les Paul Standard Pro I love it so much, it is so smooth to play, pickups sound just lovely and coil splitting is the cherry on top, also I love its cherry sunburst finish, it is just an eye candy

I have three guitars. One's a white Squier Bullet Mustang electric that goes for $140, the second is a Yamaha A1M acoustic electric that goes for $500, and the third is a blue ESP EC-10 electric that goes for $200. I like all my guitars fairly the same.

I've got a figured top ES-335 in Antique Walnut. Wasn't into the MHS pickups or 550k tone pots, so I swapped them out for a 57 classic in the bridge and a dearmond gold tone humbucker in the neck with a Page style wiring harness. It may not shred like my SG, it may not be justifiably worth $3k, but goddamn do I love this guitar.

Raise your hand if you only got an Acoustic guitar cause we are poor.

Obviously we need an updated video. That new Private Stock PRS is probably worth more than all of these guitars put together.

Yikes, this channel just became a platform for AMS commercials with this video. Unsubscribed!

I don't mind the ads, people gotta make money. But this really comes off as him pointing out that he can afford stuff. Really douchy in my opinion.
