Basically dated narcissists all my life. The last one was the worst the relationship ended in a rape and it sent me investigating my whole life. My family betrayed me and stood by my ex after the rape it lead me to ask a few questions. Turns out i have a narcissistic family. My mother being the covert narcissistic personality and my dad the enabler my sister the golden child myself the scapegoat. My whole life felt like a lie. Ive exposed them all and as a result been ostracized from the whole family. Im now doing life completely alone. I left home basically willing to sleep on the streets of Nairobi rather than continue in that abuse.

It does hurt to think my Brother never loved me😢…..but I look back on our childhood and I can see that. I have helped my brother his whole life. He would ask me to help with his rent several months in a row 1,500.00, and had NOT paid me back from the prior month. When I didn’t want to be in a group text😳 all HELL broke loose. My brother 🐕 me out ***SO BAD*** on group text, on my birthday 2023, that it made me cry. YES……he stated in that same group text that I was the Narcissist and put up a picture of me and said this is what a Narcissist look like😢 I was so hurt and embarrassed.

This video is accurate to how a narcissist moves.I was googling narcissist because I thought it was me,the person used religion and talking about God to get me to open up,she then got pieces of my life and played upon that,started bringing me lunch and sentimental gifts and when I accepted her friendship and offered love she switched on me,started rumors,went and joined other people to dislike me,everything I said no matter what it was she was offended,the experience broke me in two and caused me so much pain but I used it to understand myself better and to heal so that I can never experience someone like her again,I took ownership on my part and cultivated self love bc if I had it then,I would not had experienced someone that evil for so long.After I let go and started the healing process she tried to reconnect in a sneaky and subtle way but I wouldn’t let her back in at all,and she found another victim that she did the same way as she did me.I would have warned the new supply but when she formed the connection they tried to double team me so the new supply needed to see what type of monster she was.On a side note,u can name the panda,Empanda ,EP, or something associated with ur Yt name❤

Yes i hv questioned if I was. But I've always been a giver in so many ways. Always put others before Myself. Thought self love was conceited. Didnt know even what an empath was until approx. 8 years ago. Explained so much. Why i gv to so many charities, and gv away so much. It all made sense. The ex made Me feel i never let him talk lol it was to keep me from calling him out. And My Son who i feel has narcissistic traits, has dn the same. He can call anytime to talk. But He will wait for a family party and pull me aside (Im missing the party) and if i interupt to care for my severely autistic daughter,, it upsets Him. And only calls if He needs smthing (mostly advice) but 80 percent of my text are ignored..

On naming the bear, may I suggest using a name not commonly used for people? If I hear the name of my ex, who is a narcissist, even 7 years after our divorce, I still cringe a bit when I hear his name.
