Nobody’s justifying pedophilia, you’re just overturned and are confusing people who are afflicted by pedophilia and people whose pedophilia led them to commit crimes. People who seek help for their genuine mental disorder and never cause any harm are good. It’s just the people who have that same disorder that commit crimes that are bad.

Sarah Payne's mother Sara is incredible. Her relentless work for Sarah's law, carrying on and brining up her other children, a marriage break up, the death of Sarah's father and supporting her children through that, having a stroke and that recovery yet she still carries on. She has allowed her daughters memory to live on and save other children. What a woman!

@@Bettinasisrg no we don't. Because the corrupt system isn't broken, it works exactly as it is supposed to and how it was designed to - it was designed BY the so called "elite" scum who control everything on earth and it was designed FOR those same scum. That is why their brethren are treated so leniently and why they are let out of prison in no time even like, as in the case of whiting, psychiatrists tell officials that he wasn't LIKELY to reoffend, but he was CERTAIN to reoffend. This happens constantly and the amount of times it happens is against the odds of being isolated mistakes or oversights... it's purposeful and no, we don't have the power to change it. Because if you haven't noticed, the so called democracy we live under is nothing of the sort. Unless you can give me any examples where public opinion changed any significant laws or anything whatsoever that would be for the greater good.

I am so perplexed by the judicial system and why a person can receive a longer sentence for drug charges than a pedophile, rapist or murderer and a judge can withhold previous convictions of rape but prior acts are relevant in drug cases. I don't condone the manufacturing, distribution or selling of drugs but the customer's are willing participants. The victims of a pedophile, rapist or murderer are not. They need to be given harsh consequences. Counseling for rehabilitation and time itself for self reflection and reform. That doesn't mean that I believe they are redeemable but it's better than giving them three hots and a cot while they leave a trail of devastation behind them and then release them in society to either reoffend or even escalate their crimes. It seems they perpetrator has more rights than a victim

I’ve been prey to many *strange* adults, including family. A relative was the first I remember who abused me sexually. He threatened to ‘kick my fucking ass’ if I told anyone. Other than that, I’ve experienced some heavy shit that’s had cps threaten to take me away several times. He ruined me first. I am an adult, and I have no sexual attraction to literal fucking children, even with little me’s childhood. I hate windowless white vans, or just windowless vans. I still look like a child. I might live around more predators to this day, and I want to leave as soon as possible. If I can grow up to not be like so many adult figures in my childhood, so can many others. If I wasn’t medicated, I’d probably have killed people by now, but I still wouldn’t turn into that shit. I get urges to heavily hurt people sometimes, and I will almost daydream about killing pedophiles. I sound “haha edgy”, but I really might’ve ended up a killer child. I used to fantasize about killing peers in my really bad years. Sometimes I wonder what I’d be like if I never got medicated. Years of therapy alone did fucking nothing. I really wonder if I’ll ever find peace (or if I’ll end up explosively violent again) even though the damage was first done when I wasn’t even in middle school. All I am sure of is that I will hate pedophiles even after I’m long dead. I fucking hate them beyond description. The moment you have cp or touch a child, you deserve the worst shit the hardest criminals on Earth can give you. I’m somewhat scared of myself sometimes, but at least I’ll never be a goddamn pedophile. Don’t call them “map”s, or whatever they use to try to hide themselves in the lgbt+ community, call them what they fucking are: child predators, pedophiles, pieces of shit, not human, groomers, any term that can’t hide those pathetic pieces of shit.

Whiting has been assaulted numerous times since beginning a life term in 2001. 2002 murderer Rickie Tregaskis slashed his cheek with a razor blade, leaving a 6in scar. In 2017, Whiting was battered with a flask but did not need hospital treatment. In 2011, he left hospital in a wheelchair after double murderer Gary Vinter stabbed him in the eye with a sharpened toilet brush handle. In November 2018, Prendergast and Hyden battered him for more than a minute at HMP Wakefield with shanks - homemade weapons - containing 2.5in wood screws.

That is normal in any trial. Especially at the time. The law has now been changed and there is now 'similar fact evidence'. However it does not mean they can give details of similar convictions all the time. It's obviously very likely that if the jury know someone's previous convictions they are far more likely to convict. That's not what the justice system is about. It's about facts and evidence of the case that are enough to satisfy the burden of proof 'beyond a reasonable doubt'. If you introduce prior convictions it's likely the jury aren't going to assess the evidence properly. That said, it was this particular case which is mainly responsible for the law to be changed in this regard

It absolutely FCKN enrages me how these "experts" could possibly determine a convicted offender of a horrific crime against minor(s) to any degree is "likely to never commit such crime again"! What a joke! This isn't something you get to guess! Regardless to say the least fair on the side of caution CONSIDERING the horrifying potential its a wrong assessment which would result in catastrophic, or possibly a life altering or life ending Reality for a child and/or children. Makes me sick. And OF COURSE I'm so sure these dumbasses who recommend such disgraceful assessments are held accountable......

First of all the abduction and rape of a little girl should never have been viewed as a one-off event . Perhaps , if the victim were to have been a grown woman that defense might fly ( not really ) , but he chose a little girl . A Very specific victomology and one that should mean life in prison . The fact he was only sentenced to 4 years is a horrible indictment of both our criminal justice system and the politicians who oversee it . In cases like this the judge in question should be forced to do the time that should have been given to the perpetrator ! The politicians who legislate such limp wristed penalties for horrific crimes should be summarily hung . Of course after a hardy last meal .

I find the excuses that a bad childhood as a good reason to do bad things like this and other crimes to be just that pathetic excuses. I grew up in the most chaotic and unbalanced childhood and was a victim of sexual predators, bullies and some of the worst conditions and I have never turned into a criminal or predator. I also have several major mental health problems and I still don't use it as a excuse to do bad things. I don't have much support or help with my problems but I have been successful on my own. It's about choices nothing else. Quit making excuses for these monsters they don't deserve it. They deserve death for their life choices you can't fix them or cure them as a known child predator once said before asking to be castrated before being released after serving his time.

There should be automatic life in prison for any child offender. The justice system unbelievably lets them out to reoffend. Once you offends against that child, you get NO SECOND CHANCE to do it again.

@happycrustacean
@happycrustacean 2 жыл бұрын
In my country, pedophilia, classified as defilement automatically leads to life imprisonment. For children below 11 years, you get life imprisonment. For children between 12 to 17 years it's 20 years minimum and the court has the discretion to issue a life sentence. The justice system definitely failed this sweet little girl. Pedophiles will forever be a danger to society. Registering them as sexual offenders doesn't help. Their predatory behavior never goes away. RIP 🕊️🕊️

You turned him into the predator he became by giving this man easy prey to attack.After being aware of the Polly Klass abduction, you let a man who kidnapped and tortured a child do a easy two years. You are responsible for the abduction this child . When you let a animal out of it's gage it will attack, (especially knowing that he can get away with it ) Don't try and escape blame. You let the monster out of the cage.
